The supplements were sealed well. You get 120 capsules so that's a 4 month supply. Their very low on odour, and a good size to swallow with water. The use by date is stated on the packaging, along with the ingredients. Good value for money.

Easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Got these for my wife to help balance her hormones and also helps reduce inflammation. Been using Swanson for a long time and trust them. This has 120 capsules and you can take one a day with food. So very good value for three months worth.

Great value for money. There is almost no powdery residue inside the bottle, so its contents are well protected. There are no nasty smells or tastes and the tablets are easy to swallow. I trust that they contain what they claim to, and as such I am very pleased.

This is a new product for me. Easy to take and swallow with no aftertaste. Early days, but so far no ill effects, and I do feel a little better. Reports are good for Chasteberry so I am hopeful.

This can be used by men or women, both benefitting from the calming effects of it. To be honest, although I tried it at moments of slightly more stress, there wasn't any dramatic change. It probably works better as part of pre-menopausal treatment and, in this regard, it has helped my wife.
