Good looking product that was well packaged. The board came with 4 magnets, 2 pens and a pen holder. Fairly easy to attach to the wall with the screws provided (You may need different screws/fixings, dependent on your wall type). A template is provided for marking out the holes and the board can be fixed in portrait or landscape orientation.Pens need to be primed a bit before use on the board(Tapping the nib up and down on a scrap bit of paper), but after this is done then they worked fine. The pen holder only holds one pen, but this is clear from the pictures on Amazon.

I love this product, i've put it in my office for a checklist for work/ meetings/ appointments and shopping list. The installation was easy, however when only using the 2 top screws provided it didnt feel very stable. I then went further and put two more screws in at the bottom and now my boards sits nicely on my wall. Id consider maybe adding a remover as an optional extra as it would have been nice to also receive this. My pens were also fine... you have to give them a good shake and press down on the nib multiple times to get the ink down. Once this was done once I havent had issues with ink since. :)

First things first, the board is high quality, the glass is nice, the backing is great, despite being only hung by two screws, it appears quite secure.The pen works well, very nice to write with.Although the pen holder/eraser doesn't do a great job of erasing as it leaves powder marks - but using one of the magnets as an eraser instead works well.Great job Stationery Island - also, very good service! (see below)The first board I received was actually terribly damaged and packaging from Amazon was underpar - I contacted Stationery Island immediately, and was served Alex, who was perfect - fast responses, great customer support and walked me through the refund process step by step. I was arranged a refund immediately without having to go through the lengthy Amazon process.After my refund I ordered a second one, however packaging from Amazon still left more to be desired, but at least it arrived in one piece.Since then, the board has been hanging nicely in my office and only took about 10minutes to hang up with the handy screw holes template provided.So long story short, Amazon packaging = 2/10, both times. Stationery Island product and service = excellent, 10/10.

The blackboard is a sleek looking board that looks good in a room compared to a whiteboard or stick on plastic which I used to use. Only downside was trying to install it on the wall, it comes with a template for the top 2 mounting points however mine was still loose so needed to add the bottom two which was kinda fiddly with the template only really working for the top. Also the pen's it comes with were dried up so recommend getting some extras when at the same time as buying the board.

Perfect, just what we were looking for. Doesn’t look cheap like most white boards, and writes on better than a traditional blackboard. Fits in well with the kitchen, looks smart, shiny, clean and artistic. Makes my writing look a lot neater than it would do on a black or white board.The supplied white pen works brilliantly too. I already have some stationary island chalk pens (albeit a couple of years old, but still just about working) so I know they are good.We attached it to a stud wall but used two extra screws and wall plugs as there were only two of each supplied. From what I understand, this is the same for all boards like this, they only come with two fixings, although there are 4 points on the back of the board. But using the supplied template the extra screws were very easy to line up and fit perfectly.Packaging was excellent, as expected from amazon. Literally a box, in a box, in a padded out box.

Good value for money. Looks lovely and sleek, quick delivery came well packaged. Great size, pens are fab too, and its easy to hang.

We wanted something smart that would help us be less forgetful and a bit more organised! This is perfect for what we need. Yes it is easy to install though we didn’t receive the paper guide as advised and the pens took a bit of a shake to get working but seem fine now! The magnets are super strong initially so will see how these go moving forwards but all in all happy so far.

I bought this to put our collection of magnets on from our travels- didn’t realise that you can only use strong magnets on it so none of the magnets will stay on the board. Nice for writing notes and things like that and the magnets it comes with will hold paper on the board. Just a shame I couldn’t use it for what I wanted. But nice board anyway!
