MB Trawler Beanie Urban Beany hat in 4 Warm Colours

I bought one of these in 2018 and have just purchased it again as I've lost the first one. Not bad going though for 5 years being my most worn hat...... I have dozens of beanies, more specifically trawlers, and this has been my favourite. Better quality than the Beechfield trawlers, although I have way too many of those too.

Its a good hat, it doesn't irritate or itch (as bald man this is a big plus). It feels good quality and holds its shape. The only niggle to be mindful of is, the one I ordered looked a dark grey in the picture but was more blue when it arrived...I like blue so it wasn't really an issue.

Good to have spares.

Perfect, I hope my other order is as good, I understand some of the reviews, too small, too much material etc I wear mine rolled rim instead of the fold & for that shape its just right, tip if you like a well moulded either rolled or folded rim soak it in luke warm water, then squeeze, not ring the hat, get as much water out as possible expecting it to drip when you put on your head and 'shape' it, keep pressing and shaping until it can hold its shape laeve to dry do not hot dry it will shrink ...just saying ?

good quality and warm as it is one size fits all not really good for anyone with a lot of hair but for baldy heads like me they are perfect. Over all a good buy.

There are several reviews that make comment on the size of the hat and the fact that it is too small.My problem is that the hat doesn't stay on, after a couple of minutes it is trying to pop off. I am not sure if that means the hat is too small or not, for me it just means that it isn't tight enough.OK, I have a big head, the issue is even worse on other family member.Seem strange as the quality is good, it looks good and is warm, just doesn't stay on!!

I got this hat this afternoon, asked if it could be machine washed (thanks for the replies), I washed it on a low temp wash and condenser dried on a wool finish. I find this hat is a great fit and do not know why there are so many comments about it being too small. Time will tell if the hat stands up to use, I can only say good hat, good fit for the price.

Colour was possibly a bit lighter than expected but overall a nice hat, keeps the napper warm when out in gale force winds and never felt like it was going to disappear, my napper is 22&3/4" approx 58cm with a crew cut so the hair does hold onto it bit, comfy hat.
