I have had some Fly London boots for some time, they have the thick chunky soles. The leather is still like new. However, having lived in them, the inside insole was badly worn to the point of seeing the inner workings of the heel. I bought several pairs of insoles which didnt last very long, the spongy bottoms just wore out within a couple of weeks. So i paid extra for the leather insoles. They are a mixture of thin leather and sponge underneath. This is the second pair now having purchased a pair previously, but they have lasted ever such a long time in comparison to the cheaper ones. Took them out of the packaging and slipped them straight in. Well worth the extra paid for the length of time they last. Means i dont have to throw away a good pair of boots just yet.

Brilliant. I manoeuvred them into my shoes and they fit perfectly. I have been using the half ones for years in some of my other shoes as I seem to be in between sizes. However that idea was not enough this time. So I thought I would give the full leather insoles a go. Im so glad I did. They are now in a pair of ballet round toe type shoes and I can now walk without slipping or impeding my normal walk and they are really comfortable. Nice quality and worth the money as I don’t even think about my shoes and feet as I’m out and about.

I picked up a pretty and comfortable, but cheap, pair of sandshoes for going on holiday. I always prefer a leather insole, so ordered these. As the original shoes cost less than a fiver, I didn't want to spend a fortune on insoles, so felt these were reasonable. The fit was ideal and survived me walking around in 30 degree plus heat in France, with no socks on. The shoes have proved so comfortable they have been my go-to shoe since coming back and although the original insole has ruched up and come apart underneath, these insoles are still looking (and may I say, smelling) good. (OK, maybe they don't smell good, but they don't smell at all, which is surely a good thing.) I have a funny feeling that the insoles may last longer than the shoes they are in.

Ordered these insoles half a size larger (10) than my Loake leather shoes (9.5) intending to trim them to size only to find that they were still nearly a centimetre too short.So... Can only assume that these either run very small, or they put too small a size in the bag they gave me. Either poor production, or poor QC in packing. You decide.Unlike other reviewers, I found these were the right width for a standard F fit width shoe. Shame about the length.

I have bought a few of these insoles as the quality is very good. The inside surface of several pairs of sandals had started to flake/peel off and feel uncomfortable, however, having trimmed and glued these insoles into place, the sandals now look like new again and no longer make my feet sore.

Like many loafers, mine had similar thin leather insoles when I got themEventually they wore and the rough patches started to rub the underside of my toes. Couldn’t remove the remains as they were both glued and stitched in place, so popped these on top, and they look and feel pretty much as good as new. The shoes are a perfect close fit, and foam insoles would have made them too tight. They seem to be true to size, but might not work as well if your she’s are a very wide fitting

Needed thin insoles and these are perfect.Seems to be real leather and after a week they molded to my foot.I get sweaty feet and they don't smell yet. Leather will stain your socks (my Red Wing boots do)They did slip a bit as they were on very 'shiny' leather insoles but settled in quite nicely.Will be buying more.They don't fit the shape of my Red Wing boots as they are very wide which is why I bought these but they have turned my second favourite boots into my most comfortable.

I buy these for most of my new shoes and sometimes to improve old ones where the insole has started to break up or is uneven. The leather is pleasingly smooth and the design is simple to cut down for the exact shape of your own shoes or boots. They're a good value little everyday luxury.
