Heats up really fast and very light to move around

For some reason the black is cheaper. I don't know why as it looks good. Very good heater second one I've purchased.

All good - smart, light and effective.

I like the fact that the heater is light weight a d heats up a large space well. However, like another review, the wrong screws were enclosed. Fortunately, I had some extra screws, but not the same type that was enclosed. This is why I reduced by one star.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. I found this product easy to use. It throws out a considerable amount of heat and is great value fort money.

Heats our conservatory in seconds. Very happy. Note length of lead and cannot plug into an extension lead when planning where you will use.

It chucks out heat very nicely, it's light weight and I would be very happy if it were not for the very short cable.It says it has to be 50cm away from any other items including furniture and you are not allowed to plug it in to an extension cable. But, the cable provided is so short that it has to go right near the plug which limits the positioning so much that I have nowhere I am able to place it where it is 50cm away from other items! If it had a longer cable or I could extend it, I could place it in the centre of the room with no issue.

I do like Duronic products. In my experience they are well put together and quietly do what they have been designed to do. This is no exception. I've had the 1.5kw model which is alas no longer made. I bought that in Feb 2015 and works perfectly. I have bought this one recently for another room.When new they both smelt slighty of burning plastic after being switched on. This is covered in the instructions. The smell soon goes and I was left with a very good fire indeed. The amount of heat it generates is amazing. The type of heat they both generate is unusual too. I've had a string of different wood burning stoves in the past and the heat these electric fires generate is most like those wood burners. A very dry-warm sort of heat and nothing like conventional fan, convection, ceramic, carbon, halogen and even more esoteric fires about today. Back to the amazing heat. It is winter March 2016, frosty outside and in this average 16x12 room only one "bar" of the two available is needed to maintain the room at 20C with the thermostat cutting in and out. The fire heats up to full power in a minute after being switched on. This is documented in the instructions as well. If switched off immediately after just heating up(60secs) it stays very hot for at least five minutes and it is very hard to tell whether it is really off. This speaks of very high design and material efficiency and is an impressive performance. One very hot fire. I've not had to use both "bars" yet. There are also a number of important safety considerations documented in the manual. It must have its own socket; be sited three feet away from curtains or wall etc. Sound safety and common sense really but do read the handbook first. Wheels had to be screwed on. Four screws later and it was away. Has a lead tidy too. Chauffe vite, avec une chaleur harmonieuse.J'en ai acheté un premier pour l'atelier qui a finit dans la chambre tellement il est pratique et efficace.Du coup j'en ai racheté un second pour l'atelier.Un seul micro détail : il n'y a pas de marque visuelle sur le bouton de réglage ! Mais il suffit de mettre un point au marqueur.

Scalda molto e in fretta, ma okkio che se messo vicino a tendaggi e mobili rischiate di incendiare la casa ..

Appareil ultra léger, qui fait bien le job.Conseillé pour une pièce d'un vingtaine de M2, je l'utilise ponctuellement ds une pièce de vie de 42 M2. Et j'en suis très contente (et mes animaux aussi).Chauffage d'appoint très pratique.
