Love the concept
I love the concept of this but I'm just not sure if it'll be gentle on my baby's skin long-term

Natural but dries skin too much on eczema / cradle cap prone baby
I love natural products for me and it was only logical to care for my newborn the same way, especially when they are so young. Our baby developed a lot of cradle cap and started to have dry patches of skin all over her body. We kept her bathing to minimum, but still her skin was drying out very quickly, especially after bathing. Used this wash on her scalp with a massage to get the cradle ca out - didn't work. We had to change to something more suitable. This product has no scent, will probably finish it on myself.

Broken pump?
This is a good product gentle on my daughter's skin. However the pump is terrible! I don't know if I got a faulty bottle but when I press the pump it does not come back up on its own making the whole process long and difficult...

Very drying, bulked up with sodium chloride!
Been using other baby shampoos, as an adult, for years.. it's usually the mildest possible cleanser, the best thing for your hair and the environment. But this one was surprisingly drying from day one.. tried it another few times, still same result. I have somewhat greasy, but fine, hair... but no free-from shampoo has ever been this drying.Did an extensive ingredient comparison with 2 other organic/natural/SLS-free/paraben-free etc shampoos that I've used for years; and discovered the culprit: salt!! (Sodium chloride). It's lovely when sprinkled on a steak, but very harmful for your hair.. the only reason for its use in shampoos is as a thickening/bulking agent -- I now see why this was almost half the price of my usual fare!!Learnt my lesson. Will use the remainder bottle as bodywash, never use for hair again.Would not recommend.. can't speak for use on a child. Maybe kids are greasier. Or just won't complain.I'd known that other free-from products were 'compensated' with other useless ingredients (sugar-free anyone?!).. still, I feel misled. Ah well.
