I've been trying to find a decent vaccum cleaner for some time now and I have already bought 2 others that don't deliver at all!I wanted a good vaccum cleaner for carpets and hair and finally this one delivered! My carpets look new, no hair or dust to be seen anywhere, smells clean because it's clean! And in the top of that, very silent for the power it has! Highly recommend! So happy that I bought it!

I was expecting this to have really good pickup for hairs and general dirt but sadly it doesn't on carpet. Also, the instructions are really poor - the turbo head has a slider switch but no clue what that does - nothing visible changes just a slight change in the sound from it. Will be returning it

Pro: powerful, more quiet than it should be, good accessories, does its job. Con: the top lid's hinge will broke, maybe next week or maybe next year but it will. Unusual power button, bigger than it should be.
