Space Military Trooper Pistol Toy

By comparison with other space guns, this one makes relatively gentle noises. It is the only space gun I have found so far which has a button on the side to switch to a different set of sounds. The first set starts with a sort of under-water sound, followed by the usual phasor-type shots. When you press the button, it switches to a sound like bullets ricocheting around inside a space ship.The light show in the 'plasma chamber' at the back is the spinning and glowing LED type, and there is a red/blue flashing light towards the front. Another attractive feature is the use of colour on the body of the gun, and the highly polished finish to the plastic.It could get annoying if your child fires it off endlessly close by, but luckily it is not loud enough to be heard all over the house! Runs off triple A (AAA) batteries available by the dozen in my local pound shop. They last a long time and I haven't replaced the first set yet.
