PRESTIGEDuraforge Induction Aluminium Cookware, Black, Set of 5

We ordered these pans to go with our new ceramic electric cooker as the old ones were not smooth on the bottom. They are a great product and very sturdy. As they are made for induction cookers they take slightly longer to heat up but when ready they lose very little heat thereby reducing electricity use. They are very smart looking, easy to clean and great value for a quality product.

These pans are beautifully designed as you would expect from Prestige, they are dishwasher safe and have an excellent non stick linings in all pans. They have lasted well, look like new, but I know my son uses plastic spoons and spatulas with them so not to scratch the non stick surface. They work perfectly on his induction hob, a great buy on offer from Amazon, very happy to recommend this quality pans set.

This review is for a set of 3 PRESTIGE DURA STEEL SAUCEPANS.I highly recommend these - they cook fast, are easy to clean, non stick, glass lids are great to see what is happening in the pan. I couldn't believe how fast they heated the contents.I bought them for £53.99 from Amazon and this was a really good price.I purchased these to replace induction saucepans from one of the main supermarkets in the UK which were truly useless.

Seem decent quality......much deeper than my previous prestige pans ,with a slightly narrower base.Would have preferred the same depth as before. Hope they will be stable.

Bought this from Amazon 'used good as new'. The packaging was bashed about a bit but the pans and lids were in perfect condition. :-) The packaging will end up in the bin, so no problem. saved me £17. Spot On.These pans work well on an induction hob. I have bought other, cheaper ones, but ended up giving them away as they didn't work well on my induction hobs.Really happy with the pruchase.

This was an additional set which I ordered to the original set so I have two sets in total. They are great. They are good sizes. I did order extra milk saucepan as it only came with one very handy sizes and easy to clean.

Most of my pans are heavy duty, stainless steel Prestige I had for years. These are more delicate, which is noticeable given the only 5 year guarantee, not a lifetime one. On a positive note, they are lightweight, easy to lift when you have weak hands. However, you need to be very careful with the Teflon coating as it marks easily. No metal utensils, etc.I only wash these by hand as I'm aware the coating would peel off much quicker if put in the dishwasher. Despite any 'dishwasher safe' claims, all the non stick cookware visibly deteriorates (and I had different brands, much more robust ones too).One of the knobs from the lid fell off after just over a month, the screw will not stay on, so this is a major design flow. If not for the knob I feel that with careful use these can be very useful and easy to handle with being lightweight and non stick properties.Their design may look nice, but with being smaller at the bottom part and opening up to the top like a bell shape, I noticed they take slightly longer to boil the water compared to the straight shape pan.
