Worth buying
I bought the belt and hot water bottle because I have a bad back and am under treatment from an osteopath who recommended I got hold of one. The reviews on this one looked good and the product is too. There are a lot of these to choose from. I like the small hot water bottle because that’s all I need and the belt is easy to put on and take off. A fair price, recommend buy

The bottle is secure and cuddly, the pouch is perfect to hold the bottle on your lower back, tummy or across the chest to ease shoulder pain and you can still sit and move comfortably. Best buy ever!

Works as it should. Sadly small but measurements are there for people to see. I just didn’t look properly. I’ve used it multiple times now for upper stomach pains (gall bladder area) and it works although more comfy lower on stomach.

This product was good but the hot water bottle didn’t fit into the little bag that’s meant to cover it? It does fit in the actual belt though.
