Smaller than the normal rings and much more comfortable
This ring only measures around 11" inside which is much easier to use than the 15" magic circle type rings.The padding is also much more comfortable than the hard edged ones.

OK but a bit smaller than expected.
I ordered them as a 15" ring but it is measured on the outside not the inside as most others so is a little smaller than I needed but the ring itself is nice to use and has good resistance.

Good value - comfortable to use
Like this band - exactly as used in Pilates classes. Preferable to those with 'harder plastic handles' as these, dense foam handles, can be used between ankles and knees without causing discomfort or bruising. Incredibly strong, resistant ring which provides a good work out!

Good home workout equipment.
Does the job. I prefer the softer grips rather than the more rigid ones on some similar rings, especially when squeezing it between thighs and ankles.

Strong Abs
Not had it long, but am using it for all sorts of crunches to strengthen my core, and it is great!! Great item for a great price, which enables me to do a little home work away from the gym!!

Not as described or pictured.
It is not like the picture. The one I received is bright red and black! Is it even genuine as the spelling of thighs is clearly wrong on the box?No instructions either.

L'anneau est très bien, il est de bonne qualité. Il est très solide et mm un peu dur à l'utilisation mais c'est un plus, ça permet de forcer un peu l'exercice !

El material es un poco endeble. Como esponja dura. Sobre todo la zona de sujeción. Pero es fácil de manejar..

Efficace.
L'anneau est efficace avec un DVD d'exercices appropriés mais à mon avis, ce n'est pas la meilleure qualité qui existe. Les renforts sur les côtés ne sont pas rembourrés et font un peu mal lorsqu'on le place par ex. sur les chevilles... Pas de problème pour une utilisation occasionnelle mais peut-être vaut-il mieux investir un peu plus pour une utilisation plus régulière.
