This is one of the better ones that I've seen. I have another but it is just a pad with a bunch of lights and that makes it difficult to target the shoulders and back, which is what I really need. This is specific for those areas.Setup is a bit more involved than just plugging it in. There is a plug that goes to the controller and then that is plugged in. There is a cord that goes from the controller to the pad. Once it is all put together, the cord is plenty long for me to be able to plug it into an outlet and then run it to the couch. There are two out ports for whatever reason. I just used Out 1. Perhaps the Out 2 is available for another item and this controller can run two devices at a time. That would be cool. Also, this can be run off of a battery pack.The device runs for 20 minutes and then shuts off. As far as I could tell, this is not something that can be configured. If you want it to run longer, just start it again. There are two run modes that are toggled by pressing the On/Off button. To turn it off, you have to cycle through both modes.Honestly, I don't know whether it works. I have not seen much benefit from it with the shoulder condition that I am trying to help. It does have a nice low level warmth when it is on that feels good. I will keep working with it. This is a pretty expensive item. My advice would be to give it a try and return it before the 30 days is up if it doesn't work out.

With the increasing popularity of red light therapy and a persistently achy neck and shoulders, I decided to give this product a try. It's a little clumsy to get set up with different cords and buckles, but the instructions are clear. It emits a gentle heat. The photos show the models wearing this over their clothes, but studies show it works better if you place the lights directly on your skin. It limits the exposure time to 20 minutes and I did find it gave some relief of my muscle aches...though I'm not sure if that's from the rest or the light. One thing I found annoying is there's no option for an external battery pack like some of the other red light treatment devices. This means you're forced to stay in one place while wearing it...but again, I'm sure the forced rest can only help with the pain. Overall it's a nice product and works as promised

It's simple to use and effective! I apply it to my shoulder as well as my back. I currently work from home and spend a lot of time sitting down. For those like me, this wrap is such a wonderful thing to have. Wearing the wrap itself is also comfortable. I'm experimenting with red light treatment for the first time right now. It might also be effective on other body parts, in my opinion. I advise anyone with shoulder discomfort or back pain to try it.

This red light therapy feels so amazing and has helped me with arthritis pain in both my shoulders and upper back. It covers a large area and is easy to use. It is recommended on bare skin to be most effective. I would recommend this for any type of pain and overall inflammation.

Red Light Therapy products are pretty effective. They are often a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it. This particular item for shoulder and back pain relief device works well and helps ease any discomfort in that area. It is easy to turn on and use and store and will definitely be more beneficial with continued use
