I bought the four fixture 80w package to replace four florescent 4 ft, 2 bulb fixtures. My two car garage/ motorcycle shop is 30 x 20 ft. The brushed aluminum appears very well made, and the chains and hardware are very inclusive of what is needed to install. In my case I reused the chain ceiling hangers from the florescent fixtures, so installation was easy.My florescents used two 40w bulbs each, so these 80w fixtures should use the same electricity. However, now my garage/workshop is lit up like an operating room......but brighter! These appear to be good quality and I am very happy with them. You will not want any brighter, I promise!

If you strip the mounting clips down, they will allow just enough room to attach the lights to my wire shelving. Fast install and exactly where I needed it.

Each one of these is far brighter light than the 48" two bulb florescent fixtures they replaced. Now time will tell how well they last.

The media could not be loaded.  I have some old florescent lighting that was tired and inadequate in the age of LED lighting. Our basement has a poor hanging ceiling structure because of its age, 170+ years old, so lightweight LEDs were hopefully going to make this a better work space.This came with various hardware to hang the lights. Chains to hang from a high ceiling and the ability to flush mount. And a pull chain to accommodate being out of normal reach.The light profile on these lights is shorter that my old florescent lights which gives more head clearance here with the low ceiling.The light output and color is great for a shop application. Wouldn't enjoy it in Amy living room though.So, four stars? These are kind of pricey. One might find something with more output, longer too. But if one has a smaller than 44" area and wants quick installation, this really might be your lights.

This item was packaged well, included clear instructions for easy installation, and has been performing well.The method I used to install was using the mounts. There are two mounts included that you easily screw into the wall. Once installed, the light can snap right in. The lights can also be slid back and forth for adjustments even after installation. Alternatively, the box includes all the hardware needed to hang these lights on a chain as well.I installed these lights in a closet I utilize as a workbench. Since I did not want the pull chain hanging so far down, I removed the long extension included. One thing to note is that the end of the pull chain did not seem to be removable for me and could only be utilized if using the long chain. As such, this makes it ever so slightly more difficult for me to turn on the light, but not a big deal for me.These lights are bright and light up my workspace just like I wanted. They even flood light into the other side of the room. And because of how the light is angled, it does not blind me. With the 50,000 hour estimate, I hope these LEDs last me decades.

I've gone through a number of different LED shop lights, and these are definitely the best I've had so far. I especially like the metal housings, as they feel much more durable than plastic housings. The chain pulls are great, and the hardware is all nice stuff that fits tightly. I have mine set up hanging form the chains, and I really like being able to adjust the height. The lights seem brighter than the listed 60W. Overall, these seem great, and for the price are a good deal.

I had high hopes when I ordered these. But these definitely gave me more than I expected—mainly in their finish. These are not cheaply made. Lightweight material, but not just plastic—I like it. These went in easy and look great in my shed I’ve converted into a shop—the lighting in there is perfect now! You’ll love these, and I think are a great value at this price range.

Amazing brightness! I surface-mounted this Shop Light on the ceiling 56" above my workbench and plugged it into a ceiling receptacle which I installed for aesthetics. The installation of the Shop Light using the supplied mounting clips was a breeze. Whether flush-mounting (using the mounting clips) or suspended (using the chains), all hardware was supplied. The Shop Light is 43"L x 4"W x 2"H on an aluminum base with a white plastic diffuser (bezel) and an ON/OFF brass-coloured 4" pull chain (length can be extended with the 40"-chain supplied). Also, the Shop Light can be linked (with the supplied 23" connector cord) to additional units. The diffuser does a nice job of diffusing the brightness, eliminating glare. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and performance of the Shop Light.

I installed my lights 3 weeks ago and no issues with LEDs at this point.I am impressed with the little mounting clips. They are super easy to install and the fixtures just click in. The weight of the light make the hold of the clip stronger.

These light are no doubt the best lights for shop use that you can buy. Bright, low power draw, easy to install with an excellent variety of mounting hardware. I now have 9 of these lights throughout my home and as an added bonus the pull chains are as smooth as silk. What a great light and mounting system. There is nothing better on the market than these LED lights. The measurement I got was less than 1 amp.

So easy and so fast to install. Multiple hardware options to suit any installation method. Look fantastic. The lights are super bright and once linked, operate individually with pull chains and/or all together on a switched outlet. I was so happy with my 1st 4 that I bought 2 more...then 2 more after that!

This is a great alternative to the 4-foot fluorescents that were set up over an old bench. There is no flickering, and the power consumption is about one-tenth, which helps reduce the load on a limited 15 amp service breaker, the shop has. In addition, it's brighter than the two tubes that were there.The light is bright. It easily lights up a 12x14 foot area with enough light that I can do most things without needing any additional lighting turned on. The 5000k colour is easy enough on the eyes when used for extended periods. The diffuser cover does a decent job of casting light to the sides.I was thinking of using the hanging set up but decided to make up a mount that allows the light to stay put. I hate it when something causes a light to sway while I'm trying to work on some small part. The mounting hardware included in the kit has all of the required pieces. All I needed was to set up two metal brackets and use the clamps to get a good solid mount.While the kit also comes with two power cable options, one is for extending to a second light. The main cable is less than 6 feet long. Considering that the connector which plugs into the light itself is proprietary, this was a problem. I needed to run a line to an electrical box and provide a socket so that it could be used. It would be even worse if the ceiling was as high as most newer shop designs use these days. I have no idea why the factory doesn't include at least a ten-foot cable. Maybe the people who made this decision have never needed to install one of these!?The pull cord switch works well, and I haven't had any problems; however, since I had to run power anyway, I ran this through wall switch so I can leave the pull switch set to on.
