I think they're pretty true to size, I'm usually a size 10 in clothes and went for an 6-8 as other reviews suggested going a size down, although it's supposed to be tight it was VERY tight to the point where I looked strange and walked abit funny when I had finally got the thing on (could be a two man job to be honest they're not easy). But after wearing it a few times it does get easier not to the point where it's lost it's shape but slightly more comfortable. Saying that, I think getting the 8-10 would have been too big in that it would have fit me instead of doing its job properly and would have loosened up quicker.I was abit worried when I bought it that it'd be poor quality for the price considering most businesses you see on Instagram for example want around £50 but it was fab quality and does the job! I'm not so sure that it's going to help me lose weight but I've got lovely posture with it on so that's one thing! And I look like I've got Jessica rabbits waist aswell so I'm not complaining!

I'm a UK 12 who is pretty apple shaped with a tendency to carry my weight round my middle and quite thick waisted looking so a waist trainer seemed like a good way to add shape especially in dresses.At first I thought the reviews here were pretty accurate on the sizing as I struggled to get the waist trainer done up on the largest set of hooks and it felt incredibly tight. But after about three days of wearing it everyday, I got the hang of actually hooking it more easily and started to find it very supportive and comfortable, especially compared to hold you in underwear.Now two months in, I miss it when I'm not wearing it. I'm on the third and smallest set of hooks and can eat as normal in it. My waist in it looks great and is getting lots of compliments but I've noticed such a difference when I'm not wearing it as it's definitely more defined and nipped in. My stomach seems flatter too and I haven't been dieting just wearing this.I'm so pleased I persevered and I am thinking I need to size down soon. My only fault with is that the 'thermo-burning' or however they describe it basically means the rubber heats you up and makes you sweaty. I find it more comfortable to wear something under the waist trainer because of this but it's noticeable how damp it gets on me and I'm the kind of person who almost never breaks sweat normally. I'm not sure how easy it'll be to wear in hotter weather because of that.But don't be surprised how tight it seems to begin with. It's basically a girdle but with a less grannyish name. It's meant to feel like you are really wearing something!

This waist trainer has been the best fitted and most comfortable one I've come across so far and I've had many waist trainers, I absolutely fell in love as soon as I put it on!! however four days in the steel boning on the back started poking into me, it seems like a slight error in the making of the steel bone so I'm returning this one and reordering the exact same one because I do love it so much, hoping it's resolved after and I can continue to love this product 😁

So comfy however difficult to put on and take off. I am a size S and I bought a size S however it was like a size xs and it isn’t stretchy either. I would save 100% size up

I wanted to try and get a flatter stomach so I would feel more confident in crop tops.I initially started with the size small and wore it for 2 hours a day on the losest clasps, then added an additional hour each day tightening the corset until I got to 7 hours.There is a bit of a nack to putting it on.I didn't take long to adjust to it. I soon bought a size XS as the small no longer felt snug around my waist.Within another few weeks I purchased an XXS, and was really happy with my results.My flat stomach is never permenant, but just enough for me to look slim and toned in clothing and crop tops after wearing my waist trainer for a little while for maintenence.I like to wear a thin vest top underneath the trainer, as the boned structure can sometimes dig into my stomach when I sit down.The material is good quality and very robust.I would recommend purchasing with sensible use and realistic goals.

I really wanted to like this product. It is very good quality and fits me perfectly, I wore it for two days and could already feel my stomach a bit flatter. However, after wearing it for the first day, my skin started itching, I didn't take too much notice to it. On the second day of wearing it, my skin was all red and really itchy.So I stopped wearing it thinking it'll clear. It's now been nearly two weeks I have stopped wearing it and the rash is still not gone. My skin all over my stomach and back seems to be peeling, is red, flaky and really itchy. I've been moisturising a lot but it doesn't seem to go away. I am now quite worried and thinking of going to my GP.I'm sure this product is really good for most people, but maybe my skin is too sensitive for it and the material seems to have caused me some serious skin issues around where the waist trainer was. It's also left my skin with dark patches which I really hope goes away soon! I can't bare to look at it, this product is suppose to make my body image better but it seems to have made it worse. If anyone has experienced the same, please help! Will this go away in time? What can I use?

I'm usually a large and after reading reviews I decided on the extra large but it doesn't fit. I should have ordered the XXL.

I’m normally a medium I got a small it was hard to get into the day I for it couldn’t even make it go around me. But here I am few days later and I guess I didn’t pig out yet cause it fit today! I’m super snatched! I love it glad I got a size smaller even though it’s tight af but I’m sure soon enough I will feel better in it. I’ll keep y’all updated soon but I love it and recommend it ❤️
