I'd been contemplating buying some Turmeric tablets for a little while as I had read the blurb and thought it was worth giving them a try. I opted for the Nutravita brand as they appear to have a good concentration of Curcumin and also contain Bioperine, which, I understand helps the Turmeric to be absorbed into your system. I'm taking the tablets, as is my wife, and although I can't say I feel any different as yet (we've been taking them for about a week), my wife says she thinks her troublesome knees feel a little easier. I would also say that I recognised the Nutravita brand name and felt that they didn't contain some additives that alternative brands do, price was good for 4 months supply (2 months for the wife and I as we're both on them). Additionally, they are organic and although I'm not someone who buys organic products generally, it felt the right thing to do with these tablets.

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago, primarily for my husband. After numerous operations on leg, knee then spine, because of what the knee problems had caused, we thought he was all fixed. Unfortunately the knee pain came back with a vengeance late last year. It was horrible to watch him in such pain again and then I came across some research on the wonders of Turmeric with black pepper. Anyway, I purchased a bottle of these, and really didn't expect too much. However...I simply cannot say how much taking just one of these capsules a day has helped my husband. He is again, (fingers crossed that it lasts) pain free. His mobility has increased 10 fold and he can now walk properly again. We are both thrilled and totally shocked that this spice works. To see my husband so relaxed and happily pain free is wonderful. I have also been taking them and feel so much better having noticed my mild IBS is greatly improved and the painful, niggling pain in my side has now completely gone. Also, I don't feel so 'crunchy' - as though my joints need oiling - anymore. Our spirits have lifted and we have a general feeling of wellbeing again, and we will continue to purchase these mini-miracles for the foreseeable future. To feel this good again really is fabulous. I've been using turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties for some time, both in cooking and as a supplement. The thing about curcumin, the active ingredient, is that it is difficult to absorb and needs piperine (black pepper) and oil to help absorption. I also prefer organic, to eliminate pesticides and other impurities. This product meets my requirements and although there are other products available with the same features I buy this one because it is made in the UK and meets Soil Association standards, and at the same time is a reasonable price. 4 stars rather than 5 because although there have been clinical trials done on curcumin you can never be sure whether it works for you, but I think it's worth it.

Over the past two years, my wife was plagued with painful arthritis in her hands and toes; the joints were swollen, very painful and becoming rigid; she had tried various products + painkillers without any noticeable improvement in her condition. My concern prompted me to carry out some internet research, and, by chance, started reading articles about the possible benefit of turmeric; I was impressed, although remaining pessimistic, but decided to buy her a supply of this product when I looked at what was on the market.Well, the outcome has been nothing less than amazing. The benefits did not appear overnight, but within 12 weeks, the swelling and pain was noticeably reduced, and progressively improved in the future months. She is now pain free - no more drugs, and the improvement is physically evident by examining her hands and feet, which had begun to be disfigured by her arthritis.My wife has since passed on her amazing experience of taking this product to three of her friends, who likewise have reported a great improvement in their arthritic conditions. This is obviously not a scientific report of the efficacy of turmeric, but in my wife's opinion, it has worked, where as other treatments had failed.

Versand und Verpackung war schnell und gut. Nehme erstmal Kurkumakapseln. Diese hier haben keinen unangenehmen Geruch, soder nur ein wenig nach Kurkuma und Pfeffer, auch sieht das Pulver in den Kapseln gleichmäßig verteilt aus. Sie sind leicht zu schlucken, aber ich bin da auch nicht sehr empfindlich.Nachdem ich es mit selbstgemachter Kurkumapaste probiert hab und an der Einnahme scheiterte, weil es doch sehr penetrant schmeckt und ich nicht in jeden Essen Kurkuma haben möchte, kam ich nach vielen Produktvergleichen auf dieses hier von Nutravita. Hab mit 1x Kapsel angefangen und nach 3 Wochen die erste Verbesserung meiner multiplen Schmerzen verspürt. Bin dann auf 2x Kapseln über den Tag verteilt hoch gegangen und jetzt nach fast 2 Monaten konsequenter Einnahme, kann ich sagen, das meine Schmerzen im Rücken und in den Gelenken um über die Hälfte zurück gegangen sind. Ich unternehme allerdings noch andere Maßnahmen zur Unterstützung, die ich aber schon seit 1 Jahr durchführe... Ernährungsumstellung, Ölziehen mit Kokosöl, Entgiftung, Einnahme von Zeolith und Nährstoffsuplementierung bei nachgewiesenen Mängeln. Da ich diese Maßnahmen aber schon vor der Kurkumaeinnahme gemacht hatte und keine Besserung der Schmerzen hatte, muss die Schmerzverbesserung an der Einnahme von Kurkuma liegen. Meine Entzündungswerte sind auch besser geworden. Nehme sonst keinerlei Medikamente von der Pharmalobby. Klar muss ich aufpassen und darf mich nicht zu sehr belasten, ansonsten kriege ich wieder mehr Schmerzen, aber Kurkuma ist auch kein Allheilmittel. Allerdings kann es zur wesentlichen Besserung der Gesundheit beitragen, wenn man auch andere Maßnahmen ergreift noch.Fazit für mich: Mir hilft es und unterstützt meinen Heilungsprozess. Die einzige Nebenwirkung die ich bemerkte, dass ich durch Kurkuma mehr Hitzewallungen kriege kurzfristig. Vermutlich weil Kurkuma als wärmendes Gewürz bekannt ist.Wer daran interessiert ist, sollte sich vorher genau darüber informieren. Es gelten für unterschiedliche Erkrankungen verschiedene Dosierungen. Auch gibt es Kontraindikationen, obwohl es ein natürliches Mittel ist. Da gibt es aber genug Informationen im Netz.Kann den Hersteller aber hier empfehlen, vorallem weil die Rohstoffe Bio sind und in einer Veganen Kapselhülle sowie ohne unnötige Zusatzstoffe und es in Großbritannien auch angebaut wird und nicht in China (wie bei vielen anderen Anbietern). Preis/Leistung stimmt auch, da in 1 Kapsel eben 600 mg Wirkstoff drin sind und nicht nur 500 mg oder sogar noch weniger. Etikett ist zwar auf englisch, sollte aber kein Problem sein heutzutage.Wenn hier Personen schreiben, das die Kurkumakapseln nicht wirken, denke ich eher, dass diese die Dosis zu niedrig einnehmen oder nicht zu den Mahlzeiten. Ich denke auch, dass die Einnahme zum Essen wichtig ist, da Fett den Wirkstoff noch mal besser transportiert. Pfeffer erhöht zwar die Bioverfügbarkeit von Kurkuma, aber der Transport wird durch Fett nochmal erleichtert. Wichtig ist eben auch den eigenen Lebensstil zu überdenken. Entzündungen und Schmerzen haben immer Ursachen. Allein das Kurkuma kann es daher nicht richten und man sollte diese Ursachen ganzheitlich angehen. Bei jeden ist es auch individuell und man sollte es einfach ausprobieren über einen längeren Zeitraum.Von mir gibt es 5 Sterne...und nein...ich wurde nicht gekauft für eine Bewertung. ;-)

Depuis longtemps convaincu de l'effet positif du curcuma sur les douleurs articulaires (entre autre bénéfices) je changeais de marque en optant pour nutravita. j'en prends donc que depuis quelques jours, mais la transition s'est faite sans soucis. La formule de gélule de 600mg me va bien. moins à avaler.La livraison a été rapide (arrivé avant la date indiquée sur ma commande) Emballage correct. Le flacon est scellé. Attention, le flacon est transparent, donc prévoir de le tenir à l'abri de la lumière.Reste à voir sur le long terme s'il s’avère aussi efficace que celui que je prenais avant.Produit très sérieux que je recommande.Dernier petit détail. Produit arrivant d'Angleterre, donc emballage en anglais.

Ich habe nun wirklich schon ewig Schuppenflechte und habe von der Entzündungshemmenden Eigenschaft von Kurkuma gelesen.Hatte mir dann dieses Produkt bei Amazon UK aus England bestellt weil jemand in /r/psoriasis auf Reddit gute Erfahrungen damit hatte.Anfang des Jahres gab es dieses Kurkuma hier noch nicht bei Amazon.de.Nachdem ich wirklich sehr gute Erfolge mit 3 Tabletten am Tag erzielte (in Verbindung mit einer UVB Therapie) habe ich dummerweise die Tabletten abgesetzt. Die Schuppenflechte kam wieder ... bin dann mal auf andere Kurkuma Präparate umgestiegen wie z.B. die roten Mizell Teile aber die brachten mir 0, hatte sogar das Gefühl das es schlechter wurde. Konnte aber auch ein Schub gewesen sein oder an der Dosierung. Hatte Morgens und Abends eine genommen.Hatte dann die Tumeric Kapseln hier enteckt und wollte erst nicht bestellen sondern eins der Zahlreichen anderen Präparate auf Amazon mit was weiß ich für Anteil an Curcumerin. Hatte mich dann aber doch für diese hier entschieden weil ich ja schon gute Erfahrung damit sammeln konnte.Nehme mittlerweile 6 Kapseln am Tag (3600mg) und fahre damit sehr gut, zumindest ist die Schuppenflechte viel besser geworden, wenn auch nicht ganz weg. Sie ist aber viel viel erträglicher als vorher, leichte rote Stellen mit einer ganz dünnen Schicht an Schuppen und keine dicken Flocken mehr wie vorher. Verbinde es diesmal auch wieder mit einer von mir gekauften USB Lampe aber eher so alle 2-3 Tage einmal, man sollte es wenn möglich auch täglich machen.Leider muss ich aber auch sagen, meinen Gelenken geht es noch nicht besser aber ich habe die 6 Wochen bis zur Einstellung auch noch nicht rum. Diese 6 Wochen sollte man unbedingt bei egal welchem Präparat einhalten bevor sich irgendeine Wirkung einstellen kann.Ich empfehle die Kapseln hier weil sie mir geholfen haben und immer noch helfen. Jeder mit ähnlichen Problemen sollte mal Kurkuma Kapseln (unabhängig vom Hersteller) zumindest 6 Wochen ausprobieren und seine eigenen Erfahrungen unter dem jeweiligen Produkt posten.

Je viens de finir ma deuxième boite ...j'ai des problèmes d'arthrose dans le bas du dos ... Quand je reste longtemps allongé, cela me tire dans le bas du dos ... Avec la prise de Curcuma, j'ai beaucoup moins de douleur .. Si j'arrête de prendre la gélule quotidienne, la douleur revient au bout de quelques jours ...Vous promettre que cela fonctionne .. Je ne sais pas ... Mais c'est efficace chez moi ...J'en ai recommandé deux autres boites ...A suivre ..

Difficile pour l’instant de donner un avis sur les effets du produits car la première prise remonte à une semaine. Pour que cela soit utile je ne le ferai que plus tard.Mon avis concerne donc d’abord le rapport qualité/Prix du produit qui avec un dosage à 600mg et 120 gélules et très bien placé.Ensuite et surtout la relation commerciale qui a été parfaite depuis l’achat avec d’abord une information personnalisée sur la date de livraison qui a été tenue ainsi qu’à la suite l’envoi d’un message de remerciements pour avoir choisi ce produit avec la présentation de la Société qui est d’ailleurs familiale.Beaucoup d’entreprises françaises devraient s’inspirer de cette attitude que j’ai vraiment appréciée car rare.Pour tout cela je recommande ce vendeur.
