Veloeye Bike Security kit perfect present for any cyclist birthday or fathers day gift

Bought this item for some protection. From the description it all looks good. Followed the instructions and after adding the secure impossible to remove label to my bike I discover that my bike a common high value profile brand is not listed. Contacted Veloeye a number of times without response only for them to respond with they would look into it and again they would look into it. This has been an ongoing impossible disaster as now have a sticker stuck to my bike that I can’t remove. Having spoken to my local bike shop about having the label removed , not possiable without damage to my carbon frame their impression Veloeye was not good for other reports. My major concern is that if they can’t even communicate what would I do and who would I contact if my bike was stolen.

The app will not scan the QR code and it will not let me take a photo of my bike to add to the app. App is very poor and is not working tried to contact veloce via the app and it does not function. I would suggest you find another way to security tag your bike.

So far a waste of money. The app does not work, you cannot see any text in any of the pages so registering an account or registering a bike associated with the QR code bought is impossible. Very unfinished feel to the app, website also has issues with bugs and failed confirmation emails. My bad for trying to save 4£ and not getting a similar product from a different brand.

Great idea, good visual deterrent and easy to add my bike using the free app. Having had a bike stolen before anything that I can do to stop the little ***** from nicking my bike and the chances of getting it back more the better!

Due to a mishap which was my fault I couldn't apply the sticker to my cycle I got in touch with the manufacturer who agreed to send a replacement which has of yet not arrived so I can't rate this product

Neither the app nor the website work. Waste of money.

I gave two of these to my daughter for her birthday. She had her older bike stolen a few months back and hopefully this will prevent her two other bikes being stolen.

Fast delivery, good product, easy to apply and the app on my phone is great.
