I love this product as I am able to combine it with my other herbal tablets. I take it with a lot of water before my main meal and it has helped me to loose weight within three weeks of using it. I will recommend it. Also I noticed that it has encouraged me to drink water often as I get thirsty since using it.

This product actually made me feel quite ill. I had stomach cramps and struggled to go to the toilet. I have IBS and this product irritated it even more. There are no instructions as to how many you should take. I did carry on taking them for a few days thinking I might get used to them but this never happened.
