Bought one of these in Switzerland many years ago, easily my go-to knife for most food prep. Somehow I managed to lose it when I moved home recently and none of my other knifes are even half as good so had to get replacements asap! Great knife Does the job, stays sharp, easy to handle, light weight - what's not to like?!

Second set of these I have purchased. Love them, very sharp so be careful.

These kitchen knives are absolutely fantastic and are super sharp. I’ve not had such brilliant knives in a long time. They feel nice in the hand and cut through anything! Just be careful of your fingers !

There's not much to say about this knife that hasn't already been said - if you want a ridiculously sharp knife that will still cut as well in six months as it does on the day you first use it, look no further. And, at the price it's sold for, I'd argue it's one of the best value products I've ever purchased on Amazon.
