Amazing - Worth every penny!
This is an amazing post natal exercise DVD and it deserves more than 5 stars! Worth every penny, I can not recommend this product enough!The sections are manageable being only 27 minutes long. One of my favourite things about Jillian is her no nonsense but light-hearted commentary, you don't want to turn the sound down after the third time of doing this DVD. No bad jokes - thank you for that Jillian!The intensity level is variable, each exercise you are shown a modification to make it easier and an example of what you can build up to, I found this a great benefit as it lasts longer than the 'easier' DVD's. However this is a typical Jillian workout, while she's understanding we're not as fit as usual, she does challenge you which is surely why your looking at this DVD?Each section is made of three circuits which make the exercises interesting throughout - there is no getting bored as I've found with some exercise DVD's.The three different workouts are aimed at three different body areas which is brilliant for alternating or feeling like you've done something positive after having a 'bad belly' week or 'bingo wings' meltdown earlier that day.Overall this is an excellent exercise DVD where you genuinely feel like you've worked out and had a good workout, especially for the short time it takes.I started with the Davina post natal workout which was gentler, I was looking for something more challenging after a few weeks and this definitely hit the spot!I am just over 4 months post natal now, have been doing this around a month and feeling great!Hope you found this review helpful!

Another great Jill DVD!
I’ve been a fan of Jill workouts for years and she has helped me transform my body and gain strength and muscle, all of which I lost during pregnancy. I was lazy during my pregnancy and didnt feel like working out 5-6 times a week like I used to. Luckily, Jill bought out this DVD and I knew that it would be safe for me to do post pregnancy and would help me build back my strength and be challenging. I wouldn’t consider myself a complete beginner and I had a forceps delivery and has stitches and I have found this DVD perfectly fine to do and it didn’t cause my scar to ache. She adapts exercise for c section mums and ab separation mums and there’s a easier and harder modification. This is a good place to start if you’re new to fitness post pregnancy or if you’re a seasoned Jill pro and want to ease you’re self back into it before you reach for the 30 day shred DVD!

Works muscles you forgot you had!
I viewed so many workout dvd's before choosing this one. After having three c sections and not having exercised for about five years, I'd pretty much given up on getting back into shape and had lost all my motivation, especially considering I knew I wouldn't be able to do a lot of them because of the risk to my scar tissue and given the fact that I'll never get the flat washboard belly I had before having my kids. I'd also developed a lot of stomach problems such as severe acid reflux and Ibs. But fed up with being negative and feeling sluggish and tired all the time due to how hectic life is with young children and my approximate three stone weight gain, I decided to get positive and active!Ive tried out all three parts of the dvd. And my personal opinion is that it is totally achievable but with a lot of determination and will take a while to keep up with.Their are some moves that I struggle with but I just sit that odd 10, 20 seconds out and then carry on. If your just getting back into fitness after a long break and after a c section, I'd say that yes you can do it, just don't beat yourself up if you can't complete it all. You'll sweat buckets and probably curse at the tv a few times but breathe and keep going! I'm actually looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow. Once you feel all your muscles being used again and realise how good you feel, it'll become quite addictive. Give it a go 😊

Too easy if you’re fit
This was too easy for me as I exercised all throughout my pregnancy but would definitely be great for someone who wants to take it easy

Easy to fit into a busy life and good for diastasis sufferers
Really enjoying this. Started it two weeks ago and have done each of the three workouts at least once or twice each week so far. I have a bad back and diastasis recti, so I was worried it might be too much but the fact that she has someone demonstrating a gentler version of each move makes a huge difference. As you can then work yourself up to doing the moves at a higher intensity.Have already noticed that my back is less painful as the muscles are clearly being strengthened.I also have a 3 year old and she also "works out" next to me with pretend weights. The fact each workout is less than half an hour means she generally stays entertained the whole time and also helps massively to fit it into a busy day with a toddler and a new born. I've never done exercise dvds before so was sceptical but actually it's a great way of keeping you motivated.If there was one improvement - I wish there was even more info on which of these are the particularly good moves for someone suffering diastasis as I really want mine to close and would probably focus on those in between workouts too, but am hoping that by continuing I will anyway see results in the coming monthsRecommended!

Fantastica come sempre!
Un programma dedicato alle mamme e non solo. Contiene tre allenamenti di neanche 30 minuti, molto più "soft" del solito stile di Jillian, che ci ha ormai abituati alle massacrate e programmi tosti (ma noi la amiamo cosi :-) . Nel secondo livello ci sono tantissimi esercizi tipo stretching e non si usa neanche i pesetti (una cosa insolita per allenamenti di Jillian). Va benissimo per principianti (nemmeno io sono una mamma "fresca" :-) . Ho tutti dvd di Jillian - consigliatissimo che per tutte le donne e ragazze che vogliono perdere un po di pancia, non solo per "mamme". Ho visto su pagina facebook di Jillian che questo dvd viene venduto in alcuni negozi on-line con borsa-portaspesa (regalo per festa della Mamma), ma a me da Amazon è arrivato senza (ma va bene cosi). Grazie :-)
