Great product, sturdy, manoeuvrable, versatile.
Fantastic piece of kit, but installation aids could be improved.CONs. OK, let's get the negatives out of the way first, then I can tell you what a fabulous piece of kit this is.1. Good range of bolts, but the ones needed for my LG 42-inch weren't there. So I used those supplied with the tv which seem a tiny bit short. Fingers crossed.2. I think a paper mounting-template would greatly help, to mark the holes in the wall that need drilling. Without it you need another person to hold the rather heavy bracket so you could mark the wall accurately.3. Cable and fixture covers were very neat, but the latter tends to snap out when you swing the arm out. It just needs a tiny bit more of a lip, or lugs, to enable the fixture cover to stay in place.3. Wall fixing screws and plugs are quite hard to secure. Instructions are good, but to tighten up to firmly secure the hexagonal bolt head was tough work, because (a) half the thickness of the bolt head is obstructed by the raise lip surrounding the hole. Solution, a couple of washers would give you full leverage on the bolt head. I didn't bother, but doggedly tightened up because the bolt/screw was too deep in the wall by this time. So I think it's a good tip to use washers. Also another tip: smear the length of the screw/bolt with a bit of vaseline to lubricate the screwing! Photo 1 shows how the raised lips around the bolt heads were scratched in order to drive the bolts fully home. The photo also shows how a thicker lip around the rim of the cover would stop it from coming loose every time you swing the tv.PROs. Wow, where do I start.?1. Very strong bracket (40kg support)! My 42inch weighs 20kg, so I'm confident it will stay up (hope the LG bolts hold on the tv fixing plate!2. Looks and feels strong , and the covers are a lovely touch. I'd be proud to have this in a hotel or conference room. (Photo 2). Incidentally each cable cover does have pronounced lips, which firmly secure them to the arm.3. Very reasonable price!! Only a couple of quid more than a China-made bracket you can get from some shops, which can only support up to 20kg (and look scrappy and store-roomish!!) The Invision one looks professional and hospitable (not that you can see it unless in a hotel room).4. Overall, great quality, looks fabulous when installed, and for the price, you can't go wrong!Hope this review is helpful to customers as well as the manufacturer.

Excellent product, great value. Installation straigtforward with the right tools.
Really impressed with this TV mount, a solid and well designed piece of kit for a great price. The bracket is compact so takes up very little wall space and when fitted allows adjustment of the TV in a number of different planes / positions which is great if you wish to manoeuvre the telly to a particular viewing position. In terms of installation, this is fairly straight forward. The mount comes with a set of 4 off M10 x 80mm bolts c/w with rawl plugs which require the wall to be pre-drilled. Before doing this I measured up where the TV was to be positioned in order to locate the centre point which I then aligned to the centre of the collapsed bracket. As noted elsewhere the bracket is quite heavy so an extra pair of hands is helpful to hold the thing in place whilst marking the hole positions for drilling. The holes need to be drilled a minimum of 80mm deep with a 10mm masonry drill bit which is not easy when your drilling into brick/stone so a good drill is a necessity (ideally am SDS type which makes the job easier). Once drilled and wall plugs inserted the mount can be positioned and the bolts screwed into the wall. A word of caution : I attempted to screw the bolts using a hand held electric screwdriver but this didn't have sufficient torque to screw all the bolts all the way in (stopped turning about a 1/4 of the way in!). The mount comes with a fiddly little spanner which IMO is not suited to the job, a much better tool to use is a ratchet and socket which makes the job much easier and quicker, certainly better than using a spanner. After screwing the mount to the wall, I initially feared I might have a problem as it was slightly out of alignment as indicated by a spirit level. My initial panic was relieved, however, as the design of the mount allows the TV to be rotated to correct for any horizontal / vertical misalignment of the fixed mount - great design feature! Attaching the TV to the mount is fiddly (again better with two pair of hands) but do-able and the end product is great. All told a happy customer! To summarise:Pro's1. Solid and well designed (particularly the ability to rotate TV to correct for any potential vertical / misalignment of the bracket screwed to the wall).2. Compact design allows for TV to be viewed comfortably from a number of different viewing positions or simply flush against the wall.Cons1. Not suited for mounting to raised plasterboard, bolts need to be screwed full 80mm depth to provide full load capability.2. Quite heavy - recommend a second person to hold when marking holes and attaching TV.2. Requires additional tools - masonry 'hammer' drill and ratchet and socket set.

Service client top. Ils ont répondu à ma question super rapidement. De plus, ils garantissent 25 ans...

MUY MUY PRÁCTICO. CALIDAD-PRECIO ADECUADO
The media could not be loaded.

I like it so much, I pulled it out of the box just to review it.
5-stars all the way. This mount is heavy -- which is a good thing. It is very strong and heavy duty. Having owned less expensive mounts, where I was always concerned about how long the mount would actually hold the TV, I have no concerns on this one. It feels extremely solid. It has a full range of horizontal motion. Fully extended from the wall, it appears to be about 19". When folded flat on itself, the TV bracket is centered about 5" to the right of where the mount is attached to the wall. You can clearly see the offset in the pictures provided by the manufacturer. While I'm sure with a little work, you could make it offset 5" to the left of the wall anchors, it is designed to have the TV to the right of the wall anchors. The mount is well-designed. The VESA bracket can be removed from the mount, connected to the TV, and when re-attaching to the mount, there is a slot and tab connection so you can hang the TV (temporarily) to the mount and then affix without having to hold the TV while trying to tighten the connectors. All connection points require a wrench (included, you might want to tape the wrench to the mount when finished so you always know where it is). Package includes 4 mounting bolts, 4 masonry anchors, 4 1/2" spacers and 4 3/4" spacers (spacers are used if required on TVs that have recessed VESA mounts), and assorted screw sizes for mounting the bracket to the TV.Everything is metal with the exception of the "cable management" pieces. They are black plastic that fits over the black metal frame to hold the cables. The plastic parts are light-weight and flexible, but should serve their purpose well.I have not actually mounted my TV on this mount yet because of the size of holes required to connect to the wall. I will be moving soon and don't want to leave 3 holes in the wood wall.My only regret is not buying more of these. Like others, I got it on sale and was absolutely amazed by the quality. I'd love to have a couple of these for my monitors on my desk (pull them out when using the computer and push them back when working on other things. At the current price, this mount is still an incredibly good deal. I've paid more for mounts that were far inferior in build quality and functionality.I like the mount so much, not only did I pull it out of the box just to review it (after receiving the email asking me to review it), but I'm sitting here playing with it.As with any item I buy, there are some improvements that could be made (whether anyone else would see them as improvements is debatable).Improvements I would like:1. The wrench should be black instead of chrome so that it can be attached to the mount without being obvious. Of course, the wrench could be taped inside the cable management cover and that would also resolve the issue.2. Wing nuts in place of the nuts. The standard nuts can certainly be tightened more firmly than wing nuts. This would negate item #1.3. All mounting hardware is chrome instead of black. None of it should be visible once the tv is mounted anyway. If it is, a dab of black paint will solve that. Those are really some nit-picky improvements, so I hope that explains how much I really like the product. This is truly the best purchase I've made in a long time.
