This is a great product and the capsules are easy to swallow. I bought this product after doing some research on what supplement might help with fatigue and it did help.I started taking ALC just a few days ago and noticed an immediate benefit. Within a week, it has allowed me to go back to strength training workouts and I am feeling great.The label shows 3 ingredients: ALC, rice flour and gelatine capsule gel, which shows how clean the product is.I take one capsule, in the morning and a second one later in the afternoon, just half an hour/45 mins before my workout. Taking the second capsule too late in the afternoon delays sleep, in my experience.I stick to what is recommended on the label and really happy with the results. Will definitely buy again

Really happy with product

I've taken these for almost a year and find they are great if you suffer from brain fog. They certainly make you feel sharper.This is my second order of these and they are letterbox friendly, so they can be posted through your letterbox.They are described as capsules but they are actually tablets that are capsule shaped. They are easy to swallow and I take two tablets per dose twice a day. The tablets are very brightly coloured, a sort of pinky/red.They were the cheapest ones I could find on Prime with next day delivery.

Apparently ALC has many benefits including support energy production and brain function.Dosage here is one per day but I'm not sure about that, currently taking two a day.As with all Supplemented products, packaging is great, the product itself seems to be of good quality.I climb a fair bit and have noticed high heart rate at end of climbs. Still working out what this is down to as I never used to experience this, could be the ACL or possibly magnesium supplement.

Great product, came as described and excellent value for money. Having tried L-Carnitine previously I was not so sure of the results (I was training quite hard so did not really see the benefits) however, now I am getting back into training and doing so whilst managing an 18 month old son, I can really feel the energy!

If you have trouble swallowing capsules, these aren’t for you. Powder inside very large gel capsules.

Use for M.E. , helps keep energy levels more stable

I bought this product to help mum with cognitive function better. It does help but the red coating is a bit of an issue,it looks syntethic.
