After I gave my earlier review I decided I didn't have anything to loose and carried on taking them along with the Colax Colon Clense with good probiotics. They hadn't caused much more than loud gurgling noises. I also took Apple Cider Capsules. I took them alternately except for the Raspberry KT's. Well I have DROPPED 2 DRESS SIZES ( I never weigh) I feel so much healthier and happy to get back down to my pre-weight before arthritis forced me in to a wheelchair. My Dr was happy for me to take the colon cleanse as full of the good probiotics and he kept an eye on the rest as they were natural products they wouldnt interfere with my pain medication etc. My Type2 Diabeties is at its best LOW ever... back to normal!! It has helped my joints a little too.best of all at 54and a mum of 4 grown up kids I am looking great! I have decided to take these every few days for a couple of days at a time until I show my weight loss is permanent and I continue to feel the benefits. I think although I ate healthily and trimmed my portions by only eating from both a side plate or cereal bowl for all meals. But I didn't cut out all treats as I felt I would crave them so much I would create more problems for myself although I dont eat many sugary fatty foods normally. I Definately do recommend theseproducts.(Dec 2018)Still continuing to use for weight lossWhich is still working well. I have lost over 3 full dress sizes, feeling fabulous, look fabulous. I have started to reduce the amount of these suppliments now that I have done so well. As my stomach has drunk naturally my meals are still small portions and I don't intend to go back to my old eating habits. These suppliments helped to reduce my hunger and kept me from feeling the need to pick at food through out the day. I feel that my whole outlook on food and being healthy has changed for the good and I don't think I would have achieved any of this without the suppliments. All I can say for definate that after following the dosage recommended and eating healthily they helped me keep going whether it was the thought that they helped me loose weight because I saw regular weight loss each and every week or, the suppliments themselves worked as described am very satisfied that I started using these when I did.

NOT LOST EVEN 1lb IN 2 MONTHSI lost half a stone stopping drinking alcohol then nothing more would shift; so I decided to try these.I have a healthy diet and walk 10k at least 3 times a week; just wanted a little boost for the fluffy bits. Has made ZERO difference.

Raspberry and Garcinia both help to burn and block fat in bodies. I would recommend to take them together twice a day 1 hour before meal with a controlled diet with bit of cardio which I enjoy anywaysBoth products are made in UK which gives me trust in this brand as there are many other brands who sells cheap stuff but products are not made in UK. Prowise Raspberry and Garcinia is not replacement for low calorie diet but it does help to suppress appetite without feeling out of energy that is what like me about this combo. I have to say though there were mixed review about this combo but i have bought many other products from this brand and never had any complaintI take 1 of each capsules in morning 40mins - 1 hour before my breakfast and follow same similar pattern before i take my lunch. No side effects so far and yes sleep has been no issue as it does not contain caffeine. One think I would like to highlight which none of companies mentioned is drinking ample of water in breaks will help you to loose weight while taking weight loss products as it won't feel dehydrated if you are doing physical activitiesI am hoping to see better result as i will continue to take for some time

I'm amazed this product really works. Great price considering you get 2 packs ( Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia Cambogia ) in 2 weeks I will be due for my 2nd order. So far so good will recommend these tablets anyone wishing to loose weight

Das Produkt habe ich jetzt zum 2mal bestellt es hat meinen Stoffwechsel verbessert und es sind ein paar Kilos runter.Natürlich muss man auf die Ernährung achten!Ansonten kann ich das Produkt nur weiter empfehlen .

Ich habe es ein paar Tage eingenommen, mit null Wirkung auf Hunger- oder Sättigungsgefühl. Dann habe ich eine Kapsel in ein Glas Wasser reingetan, und über Nacht stehen lassen. In der Früh war die Kapsel noch immer ganz, nicht aufgequollen. Ich habe die Kapsel 4 Tage lang im Wasserglas stehen lassen, dann ist sie aufgegangen, das Pulver lag am Glasboden, nicht aufgequollen. Ich frage mich, wie genau das Sättigungsgefühl zustande kommen soll, wenn die Kapsel nichtmal aufgeht, geschweige denn Volumen aufbaut...

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf, termingerecht geliefert. Qualität guter Preis. Ich empfehle den Kauf.
