Too early to estimate the effect
No problems experienced so far, too early to report any positive effects

Not as good as it used to be
I've been using these capsules for years for various ailments and they were always very effective. If I had a sore throat I would bite the capsule to release the oregano oil into my mouth and it always tasted very strong but it did the job. They have now changed them and there is less oil inside and it tastes nowhere near as strong as it used to so feel I have to take two or three capsules for the same effect.

Small gels.
The gels are easy to swallow. with no after taste.Helps with IBS and digestion and is very good for you.I take one occasionally and my bloating subsides. A nice product.

May cause headaches
I took these as I heard that they were very beneficial for your health and I have to agree however I would just say that they Are not for everyone and unfortunately they have caused me to experience headaches.I would still recommend them to others as I do believe in the benefits but sadly I can’t continue with them.

I have had these before and shopping around, these were the best price. Swanson are the best quality and I swear by these when I need a little help.
