These knifes cut vegetables, cuts meat and even fresh bread.

I was actually looking for something not as bulky and the blade as long. However it is knives are good they're just a little larger than I was hoping for.

Sturdy and very sharp!

My wife always complains about sharpness, these ones are in perfect sharp feels of good quality.

Multi-colors are useful for varied usage. I was hoping to replace a harder SS 2 1/2-inch blade paring knife I lost, but I could not find this shorter blade size. I guess most folk prefer this longer size even though tight carving is more awkward with its longer blade. These blades seem adequately sharp for now. But for the low price, I suspect they are not made with the harder SS that holds an edge longer. Of course, the softer metal blades are also easier to resharpen.
