This is a nice slide set, steady, suitable for toddlers age, Fairly simple for assembling. But the best part is their customer service team, i’ve had some issues with the plastic bolts broke after about six months. Contacted their customer service and was offered partially refund with the replacement shipped or the return for the full refund even though it has passed the regular Amazon return window. Very responsive and patient, probably the best CS team I’ve ever experienced on Amazon. Great job guys!

Is small enough to be kept inside the house, but has enough features to keep my son entertained. The one thing I did not like was that the instructions are not clear at all, they show you the steps with pictures, but you have to keep guessing what hardware to use and trying to figure out the correct part to use based on the photo, I wish they would be labeled better. With that said, I was able to build it on my own. It feels strong & sturdy, I hope it lasts.

Pretty good set. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was a little dusty, and the soccer net is entirely too small for the space it’s meant to fit. For the price you pay it should come with a more decent net. The net was about the size of my hand. Tried stretching it undoing it and everything. Ended up having to miss a few hooks to place it. Directions are terrible, but it was easy to put together by looking at the picture. Took me about an hour to assemble. Over all good for my soon to be toddler. Seems sturdy, and does have a spot to put sand to weigh it down.

Easy to put together, just took some time. I did have to make a hole for the screw for the back of the slide. My 2 year loves the slide and climbing on the back little table. This is a great buy for young children.The net for the soccer is small and had to really stretch it. That would be my only real complaint to have more netting.Edit: I forgot to mention that it did not come with the tool to tighten the parts. I thankfully had one from another kid product.

I got this for my 16 month old grandbaby and she absolutely loves it . It's well made and so cute. We are so thrilled with this swingset! There was one bolt missing when I ordered it and I messaged the company. They sent it to me immediately. We have had this about 2 months now and the baby never gets bored with it.

Bought (11/2023) due to slide length, and swing combo and it was cute it came with more add ons.*Delivery was perfect. 👍*Plastic is light weight and durable not as good as the OG little tikes/playskool plastic but almost there.*Colors and designs are as shown. 👍No instructions, Also came with damaged and destroyed screws that were unusable. (Pictured above). Therefore unable to assemble the entire play structure and had barely enough for the swing and slide to be completed.Slide is Perfect! From the height, the steps, handles, the side rails, the length and they get good speed. Screws do need to be re tightened after awhile to help with the stability of the slide. Swing is nice. I love the foot steps and the designs are very well done. I do wish the strap was a bit more of a better quality.Now the bases come with the option to fill with sand or water, ( I did sand). I do wish the bases were a bit wider so they covered more surface area along with being 2” thicker so they could hold more in the bases. Just sitting in the swing is fine with a very low slow rock push( how you would push a 5 month old) now if you were to push a tad bit harder (1 year old) the whole thing rocks and comes off the floor. This causes someone to have a foot on it the whole time.Either way I ended up separating the swing from slide and we only use the slide now.I did reach out when I noticed and got no response, this along with not being able to set the whole thing up you know with the pick and choose which screws are good. I would like to see them come out with base. Or even options to get instructions via pdf and also to be able to buy replacement parts for when they come damaged and you don’t respond back.

so let me start out by saying i was real sketched out about the legitimacy of this playset but i was very happily suprised to find out this is a great little playset and comes with good instructions. my only suggestion is that you label all your parts before you assemble itthat makes it alot easier because there are letters on some of the pieces that dont match what they are labled as in the instructions (I think its from manufacturing). so I just labled all the pieces somewhere where they wouldnt be seen when assembled before i started building. other then that I love this set its the perfect size for an 18 month old thru 3 years. its super sturdy for being plastic and great for someone who doesnt have room for a fullsize/outdoor play set or just wants something for an indoor playroom. im 100% happy that i ended up buying this playset! over all it took me 2 solid hours from start to finish to assemble and even had some extra yellow bolt anchors incase you lose some along the way.
