Bit pricey but good kit
It's the same as the nurses use and I've used these for 2yrs for a chronic wound and they are a God send just to know everything is sterile.Just a tip, when sorting out the items, use the bag as a glove to move things around so you don't have to touch anything.The downside is that they are expensive on Amazon as you can buy them for bout 70p per pack from medical supply companies.

Handy to keep in for those small family emergencies
As a nurse I am familiar with how to clean a post surgery wound or other similar wounds. Very handy to know you have a safe sterile environment and items for cleaning and redressing minor to post surgery wounds. I have just had my new knee replacement and with no district nurses visiting due to COVID I am so pleased to have these sterile dressing packs along with saline sachets and appropriate dressings; also ordered from Amazon. I would not be able to access these so easily or as reasonably at the chemist. I know that as I previously tried.

Sterile Wound Care Pack...
Have now bought a thirdd pack because the service is prompt and these packs of 10 contain everything we need to care for my wound at home, and in a sterile environment. Dressings, gauze and sterile liquid pods are provided by the local Practice Nurse on my GP's prescription. Ordering is easy and they are delivered next day. I would fully recommend this basic kit so that changing dressings can be done with minimal risk of infection .
