Value for money.
You’re definitely getting value for your money. The bands go up in resistance. Each band has a number on it that represents the resistance strength on it. Overall I like working with resistance bands, they are safer than free weights, as they are minimal chances of injury. The booklet included gives you a variety of exercises to do. These bands complete my exercise regime.

Great product watch out for fakes
Great product beware of fakes trading under this name. Original is great. Dark green in pic. Knockoff trading under this name is rubbish. Original bought through amazon prime fake by seller Matthew00Felix. Be careful.

Faulty, dangerous product, avoid
These looked fine on arrival, however on my second use, using the door anchor, the strap snapped and bands snacked me in the face. Maybe I got a faulty product? Not impressed at all.

DO NOT BUY
These bands are absolute garbage!I started working out about half a year ago and consider myself a beginner, but these bands are far too weak for even me. I have to use all of them together if I want to feel a bit of resistance. According to the product page the black one should offer 20 lbs of resistance. Clearly false advertising!Also, the metal bits are incredibly weak! It doesn't take long for them to bend and break!The product page again clearly states that they're made of sturdy metal! How do they dare to write down such blatant lies?!?I also ordered a set for my partner and one of their bands came out of the package all bent and twisted and doesn't work!I am extremely dissatisfied with this product!Do yourself a favor and don't buy these! There are better alternatives out there!

An honest take from a more than casual gym goer
A lot of you may reading these reviews during the COVID lockdown.If you are an individual whom is aquainted with lifting weights and see resistand bands as a way to retain muscle mass that was hard earned at the gym please hear this warning first.This product will NOT help you. Although theses bands do offer a range of resistance they are no replacements for weight as you will immediantly discover after experimenting with them. You are not lifting 50lb in your reps... probably only a quarter.This product may be great for an old lady whom has a new found determination to shed a few pounds but that's about all it's useful for. Also it is main in China as made evident by the hilarious 'how-to' guide.

Not As Described, Poor Quality, Very Late & Difficult Seller
Ordered 04/05 arrived 22/07/20. Listing described item as Upgraded Exercise Band Set, used words such as "stronger" and "sturdy" with a "carabiner". What actually arrived was a collection of flimsy bands with little resistance & no where near the advertised resitance. The flimsy clips were not carabiners plus poorly attached to the bands. There are no CE marks on this product and the seller does not seem to understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After contacting the seller three times the best Matthew00Felix could offer was a 20% refund so I raised a successful case with Amazon & was given a 100% refund.

Perfect.
Awesome! Everything as described and works amazing. Nothing to criticize. I use it for strength training and my muscles are proper burning after each session.

Basically a great home gym with the right motivation
Great product! Have only had them for about a week, but they work great! Materials look and feel sturdy, and it comes with a bunch of attachments. I do wish it came with some sort of chart for different workouts, but thats what google is for.
