(+)Time saver, powerful spray!(-) had to get additional adapter, the provided adapter didn’t work w my shower hoseSoap dispenser tend to fall off if not aligned and carefully screwed in place. If not washer may fall out and soap will leak or will not spray out the correct way. If everything is fessed correctly it works great. Cut time in half.

I had to buy a 5$ attachment to use in my shower but it was so worth it. I have a long haired GSD and this makes bath time a breeze. It soaps her up and rinses her well. In the summertime I’ll use it outside on the hose. The soap doesn’t last long so if you have a bigger dog you may have to refill but i can usually get the job ton with one go.

The media could not be loaded.  Cheap plastic strips threads. Plastic outdoor hose attachment cracked instantly upon connection (had to purchase a metal legitimate hose connector to attach). Poor quality, thin and flimsy plastic very cheaply made. WASTES SHAMPOO! Completely drains shampoo container within 60 seconds on the smallest soap setting! Rubber seal on shampoo container cheap and leaks heavily despite multiple adjustments and replacing with legitimate seal. Canister pops off under pressure on lowest water setting. Completely useless product.Purchased In February but haven’t been able to use until summer so now I’m outside of the return window. Not worth the money or time! DO NOT BUY

Has worked great, used it a few times now and then went to use it on the jet setting to work out heavy undercoat on my shepherd and the container popped off, hit the ground and broke at the top. Needs a little more durability, and needs an option to buy multiple containers. I have multiple dogs and would love to just switch containers rather than stop to refill. But definitely cuts down on product use, and time bathing. Also used it to clean outdoor rugs with some cleaner in the container. Worked lovely.

Update: great customer service solved the issue. I haven’t used the product yet however I have high hopes. I previously submitted a review for this product and it disappeared. I believe this was falsely advertised. The video is the second main item included in the product pictures. It shows the product being attached to the house in the shower. One would think that you would be able to do that too when ordering this product. After receiving, we didn’t attempt to use it until we were past the return windows sadly. Only then did I realize that piece was not in the bag of parts making the product completely useless for me. They should not present like it can be used in the shower then have customers have to purchase an extra part to allow it to do so. Bad business.

This is my second summer using the Pup Jet and overall the product is very good. Biggest flaw however is that the knob on top of the sprayer for switching between soap and water is essentially useless once the sprayer (or your hand) gets wet & soapy. There is not enough grip on the knob to allow you to turn it, especially with the rounded edges, making it almost impossible to switch from the soap to plain water setting. I have been using the sprayer anyway but only for applying my dog's shampoo. Have to switch to my regular hose nozzle for rinsing, which thankfully has the adjustable spray settings that I need. Disappointed because otherwise the product works well. Will be looking to replace this product with a comparable model by another manufacturer with a better selector knob.

Was easy to hook up to my outside hose. However once I turned it on to use the wash/shampoo the plastic container popped off. Placed it back on same thing. Tried one more time and lowered the water from the hose and just did lowest setting for shampoo and it popped off again. I just missed the return window too. Might be ok under lower pressure faucets/hoses. Good for the less than 1 minute it worked though.

Had my Shepard washed in about 10 minutes! This is an amazing product! Highly recommend!

Used this a couple of times. Works exactly as advertised I have a 3 year old German shepherd who thinks he's being washed in acid and this makes it so much faster and cleans him so well! Definitely recommend, worth the price

Super easy and light. Lock on gun makes it so much easier on my hands. I have a medium dog so the canister is just the right size for the amount of soap I need. Might need to refill if you have a double coated pooch.

Does not attach to an outdoor hose easily even with the fittings that are sent with the item. Very poor quality.
