Top class.
Great flavour and aroma. Certainly helps anxiety pangs in my stomach. Worth the money.

Recommended for anxiety sufferers!
I had a subscription box that contained one of these teabags as a sample. I have severe GAD and was having a panic attack one night when I decided to give this a go. It worked like a charm. My panic attack subsided enough for me to go to sleep. I am now on my third order of these teabags. I don’t drink them every night - I usually have one when my mind is struggling to switch off and it definitely helps. I am not usually a fan of herbal teas; I generally prefer a classic builders brew, but this is so lovely to drink. The taste is mild yet strong enough to taste/smell the soothing flavours of lavender, chamomile and apple. Basically feels like a big hug in a mug. Highly recommend for anxiety sufferers.

To help back to sleep in the middle of the night
It's been a must for me and it really works. I drink this tea (and bought it for that purpose) to get back to sleep when I wake up at 1 or 2 or 3 am ready for the day. Since I stopped smoking I had nights sleeping 4 or 5 hours so this tea is really helping me get extra sleep. It works. The flavour is not strong but it s nice. Just the price could be a bit more economic.

The best, not the cheapest!
Recently, I made the silly mistake of attempting to find a cheaper alternative to my favourite bed time drink and that led to the following amusing/irritating incident; Whilst I was getting ready for bed my hubby yelled upstairs "What tea do you want?" I replied "The TEA PIGS one" The only problem is, Hubs is a bit deaf and he thought I asked for 'the CHEAPEST one' so I ended up up with a cup of dodgy mcdodge lawn mower clipping brand because he thought I was 'trying to use up everything that had been festering in the back of the cupboards'.The moral of the story is this:Buy this TEA PIGS one. Its not the cheapest but it does taste the best. It's sweetish, soothing, caffeine free and it will also save on marital misunderstandings.... ☕ 💑 ☕

Fantastic buy!
This stuff is amazing, I am an insomniac I suffer from all, struggling to fall asleep, struggling to stay aswell and waking up early. I use different methods usually work for about a week then stops. I tried this last night and my body just felt heavy and fell right asleep. The lavender is a strong scent in it (but it is anyway hense why it's only 20%) there is an aftertaste but it isn't bad. Definitely will buy again. Shipping was faster than I thought!

Didn't work for me
I stayed awake most of night feeling odd after taking this. Could be just a coincidence or it may have reacted with my blood thinning medication. I really don't know. Gave them to my granddaughter. The taste and smell were lovely

Calming, soothing mug before bed.
I love my flavoured teas, and am always open to trying more. I have the Twinings 'Sleep' range at the moment which I found had a weird aftertaste and almost bitterness to it, which didn't really feel conducive to sleep. A single teabag of the Teapigs 'Snooze' was included in this month's Pink Parcel, and I was so enamoured I immediately bought a pack. The combination of apple, chamomile and lavender is wonderfully balanced, and I found I could leave the teabag in my mug whilst I waited for the water to cool a little and it didn't brew too strongly, nor gain any kind of bitterness. I definitely think you could get two if not three mugfuls out of one teabag, but I've yet to try.Really calming before bed.
