Much thinner than pre cut tape I had,previously I have cut this into 4 fingers overlaid them across my left knee.Within 6 hours one of the fingers was detached & unstickable I had to cut this off. The rest of the fingers are fraying. It has helped with oedema of knee. There was no emailed pdf as stated. This is first impression, I will try a solid tape over the knee & see if it is better, bit disappointed but we will see, not good first impressions.

Very disapointed poor quality productDoes not stay put with little supportYears ago I bought some of this from a discount chemist, thinking I would try it.It . The stuff I bought then was almost like elasticated with excellent adhesion it sure stayed on. And could only be removed in the showerI did hope for something along those lines when I ordered this. Sadly not.Make sure you shop around for this stuff

Better than previous tapes bought

The description promises that a pdf ebook Taping guide will be emailed to you shortly after you make a purchase. Having bought two lots of tape I am still waiting for the guide regarding how to actually use the tape to be sent to me.I won’t be buying tape from No label or should that be No taping guide eBook again!!

Can’t contact seller. Amazon customer service couldn’t help either. Reading other reviews seems getting the guide is a mission impossible. On plus side… it certainly sticks. Remove with caution

Great for stability of joints and muscles. Must remember to warm up once applied by rubbing the tape for about 30 seconds otherwise it doesn't stick properly. For the price of it I am very impressed

Works really well, exactly what we were looking for. Bought the blue one as it was the cheapest and works the same as other colours. It sticks and stays, yet comes off easy. I'd highly recommend
