Flavour slightly chemical, but effective product
Tried these as an alternative to my usual TNT Shots, since they contain a little less caffeine and I was trying to reduce my caffeine consumption a bit while still delivering a pre-workout boost with some of the other helpful ingredients. The shots themselves definitely give a useful boost and there's a definite tingle from the beta alanine. The flavour isn't too harsh/bitter, but does taste a little artificial/chemical. It doesn't really taste of cola, maybe slightly like the "fizzy cola bottle" sweets you get in pick'n'mix though more bitter - it was OK but personally I may pick a different flavour next time.The product photo does need updating though, it is misleading. It shows the product containing 3G Creatine, which it does not. This seems to have been replaced in a reformulation of the product with 300mg of what they call "Sustamine" (just L-Glutamine and L-Alanine) - this is a disappointing substitution given the overwhelming evidence in the effectiveness of Creatine - in contrast the research on Sustamine (see eg examine.com) states that although it is claimed to "enhance electrolyte absorption and improve endurance" these claims are not supported by scientific research. They should go back to the original formulation with Creatine, and the seller should update their product image to correct it - its simply wrong/misleading at the moment

Dont feel a hit from the caffeine! I've had other energy shots with 200mg of caffeine in them and you can feel the caffeine hit. Tastes decent

Potent, Jitter Free, pre-workout
I have always used a pre-workout, however recently I changed my schedule and had to fit my gym time in early morning. So a quality pre-workout was essential if I wanted to get the most out of my 5am gym time. I've used legion, C4, Jacked and Optimum brands in the past but I wanted something I could throw down fast and get out the house without having to shake and chug 200ml of water down so early in the morning. These are handy, potent enough to wake me up and give me focus even so early in the day. I get that nice "skin tingle" when it kicks in around 20-30mins after consuming and even after a few weeks I still get that lift from using them. They are perhaps not the most cost-effective but I feel they work well for me and are probably worth it for the convenience and quality.

Great and simple Pre Workout
If like me you get bored of pre workouts that don’t mix properly or give you a huge crash this is the pre workout for you. Really easy to shot, slight sourness when drinking which you would expect. Gives you the normal tingles and buzz and I haven’t really crashed after taking it other than your usual tiredness if you work hard.

The main thing I have found with this and similar products is to not not take on a full stomach. Works better an hour after a meal. Good hit and pump! I liked these, will probably buy again.
