Stick well, don't come off, comfortable.
I got these to go in some inexpensive Shein sandals, as the bottom of the sandals made a sucking noise against the bottom of my bare feet whenever I walked! And not just if they were hot, just anyway. I thought I'd try some sandal insoles to try and resolve it. These work absolutely perfectly, and got rid of almost all incidents of the sucking noise! So I can now actually wear the sandals. In addition I think these things are supposed to be good for your foot! They probably especially are in Shein sandals. They are also transparent and so don't show on the bottom of the sandal. They are very comfortable too.

More pros than cons but good value
Recently got back into gym & treadmill and got blisters as a result. Am using gel blister plasters but still had to walk on them and were still painful even in different comfy shoes. Bought these to try in my normal stretchy Skechers soft shoes. Firstly, they don’t cover the whole foot - they’re shaped to be cut away at the side of the arch/instep and inky cover the foot where it touches the sole of the shoe - not a problem. Second, I’m a size 5 and these fitted into my shoes pretty loosely - no trimming needed at all. On first few mins of walking on them proved comfy and my feet were less painful. However, my Skechers are a very soft, soft bendy shoe and after walking for about 5 mins, the insoles started to slide to the side rather than stay underfoot so I had to stop regularly and knock them back into place again. Maybe with a hard sided shoe this wouldn’t happen. Have yet to try. But as bought specifically for my Skechers, I’m slightly disappointed they didn’t stay exactly in place underfoot and may replace them so I’m not constantly adjusting them whilst wearing. Will try out in my gym trainers first and maybe try a more adhesive type ones in my soft shoes.

Wrong size.
This is not one size fits all. Tiny in ladies shoes size 5 or 38

Very good
I think those that say these are too small have missed the point. They are not meant to fill the whole shoe, as they are made for discretion and comfort for the most important part of the foot. I find I'm a tad ungainly when I wear mules or sliders: I just can't seem to keep them on as they're slippery. These do a perfect job of providing a bit of grip without overtightening the sandal. Perfect for the task.

Comfortable
These worked so well I bought another pair. They take pressure off the balls of my feet. Loved them.

Not comfortable at all
These aren’t cushioning at all, they actually made my shoes less comfortable. Since your foot is wider than the insert it’s not fully supported, and every step is painful because the footbed is now uneven.
