Comfy insoles
I hardly ever wear stilettos as I'm like Bambi walking for the first time. I'd yet to find a pair that I could wear for more then 20 minutes without wanting to take them off. I bought a pair of very high stilettos as I fell in love with them, so was determined to get them comfy. It took quite a while to get the insoles in the right position as I don't know what they're meant to feel like. Once I got them in, they were a bit more comfy but with tights on, my feet still slipped down the shoe a little. I read somewhere that you can stick feminine liners in shoes to stop your feet slipping, so out of curiosity, I trimmed about 3-4 inches off one of my Always Infinity's and stuck them in the toe end of the shoes where the ball of my foot sits. Lo and behold, it worked a treat. I was comfortable all night, even after a couple of ten minute walks and lots of dancing. With the insoles and the liners (the latter gave my female relatives a huge laugh!), I enjoyed wearing my new shoes. I bought another pair for my other similar heels.

The jury is still out there, but it looks promising
I came across those after getting pair of shoes from M&S. Some of their shoes have insolia built in. The pair I got from them is an absolute sensation. With 10.5 cm heel you can walk comfortably for the whole day. Every day. So I thought that I should try to put those insterts into each pair of my high heels. Although I think that these do work, they are not as comfortable as inserts that are built in. The glue is very powerful and sticks well plus these are really discreet and can be put into virtually any shoes (to include strappy sandals).

Helps shift the weight but they are still high heels after all
I do think this works although the science of it escapes me! I hadn't realised that you have to stick it into your high heels which means that you do need one set for each pair of high heels. I found it did help make them more comfortable which gives a little more time wearing them before feeling the burn. Not too sure I will invest in loads more for the rest of my high heels, though.

Product definitely improves comfort
I don’t often wear high heels or sling backs but when I do these inserts make the shoes feel more comfortable and sling backs definitely stay in place

Insolia High Heel Inserts
I found that these inserts helped a little on my feet but not as good as i expected. I also didn't like the fact that once they are put into your shoes they are stuck down for good and you can't take them out. I wanted to try them in some other shoes but when i tried to remove them from the shoe they were already in i could'nt remove it without ruining the shoe.

Not sure if these work
I'm not too sure if these work. The inserts are smaller than expected and don't covert the full inside so part of insert was scratching on my foot for a while. I still had sore feet after wearing them but I was on my feet for a long time!

They were ok
They do make your shoes less painful for the ball of your feet, but you still want to take your shoes off half way through the night (didn't though) and still kill at the end of the night. But i think that's just down to the nature of heels. wont do wonders but help a little

Great product
Makes should very comfy. Cannot feel then when wearing the shoes.Would buy again.
