Amazed
Did this treatment on my hair nearly 2 weeks ago.. I wasn’t sure if I liked the feeling on my hair initially however with the recent hot weather I am definitely getting the benefit as normally the humidity would give me a hard time with frizz etc however my hair has been amazing it’s stay sleek and after about 3 shampoos it feels incredible! It’s a bit of a mission and took about 3 hours to apply the whole service but the fact you can then put it up straight after shampoo it if you like without compromising the treatment this is a massive benefit as my normal products you can’t do any of the above for a min of 72hrs so for this reason Alone I would recommend this product!

Similar to salon treatment
I have paid £200 for this treatment in a salon for years. This is like for like but slightly more difficult to do on your own hair at the back. Instructions are easy to follow and frizz is definitely improved.

Best product by far
I have been using this product for several years now. I have very difficult hair and this if done properly is awesome - I can blow dry & just whip the Straightners over to set coz weather etc in approx 15 minutes.You have to put the time and effort in - in the first place to get the most out of this product for it to work. If you are flippant it will be not the best. My hair is just longer then shoulder length and if I don't use the product it'll take me 90 mins to wash, blow dry & straighten my hair. It takes me approx 4 hours to do from start to finish and I am totally intricate in the way I do this. I use the max setting times once the product is on, I don't skim the rinsing time and I straighten my hair within an inch of its life, tiny sections running the Straightners over 7 times each bit - best 4 hours of my life doing hair - the results are incredible. I'm disappointed there are bad reviews and strongly feel these people are cutting corners this not getting the results they cud get. I love it and highly recommend but you have to put the time & effort in - in the first place!!!Thank you for such an incredible product - it's amazing. Xx

Soften the hair but not straight
This product just soften my hair a little bit, I still need to use straightener to straight my hair every time after wash, otherwise I still look like a 🦁. I don't think it can last 4 months time. So if you just want to soften th hair it is good to buy.

Leaves hair with a horrible smell
This said it could be used on dyed hair but it stripped the colour. I used it to tame my frizz which it did slightly but not the effect I was hoping for. I wasn’t using this to straighten my hair which was lucky as it didn’t my hair wasn’t straight at all. The product has a horrible smell which was expected when applying to my hair but the smell didn’t go. Finally after about 15 washes the smell finally went. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Fantastic and great service. Shipping was faster than expected.
Step 1 Clarifying Shampoo: Wet the hair and liberally apply Clarifying Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat process.
Step 2 Straightening Volume Reducing Treatment: Shake well before use. Divide the hair into 4 small sections. Apply Straightening Treatment to each section, 2 cm from the roots. Comb through to the ends. Leave in for 15 minutes for slightly frizzy hair, 25 minutes for wavy/curly hair and 40 minutes for very curly hair. Once processed, blow dry the hair with a paddle brush until 100% dry. Straighten the hair in small sections and go over each section 5-7 times until all the hair is straightened.
Step 3 Deep Conditioning Treatment Mask: Rinse the hair for 5 minutes. Apply Deep Conditioning Treatment Mask in small sections. Comb through and leave on for 10 minutes for fine hair, 15 minutes for medium hair and 20 minute for thick hair. Rinse thoroughly for 8 minutes to remove any residue. Dry and style the hair as desired.
