The light is a modern shape and seems ideal but you need to know medical limitstions before purchasing but that applies to all SAD lamps I believe.

The 3 different colours are useful. Each colour can be adjusted up or down. First thing in the morning I like to use the amber tone. During a dark day the bright white tone is really good.The timer is ok. I would prefer the timer to turn on the lamp rather than off. But the instructions say don't use the lamp for too long which is why there is an off timer. I manually turn the lamp off when I don't need it anymore. I use it for reading at night.On a review someone complained about the lamp being plastic; it is, so what. It still looks pretty cool.A remote control would be really good. You get what you pay for although I think I got a bit more than I paid for. I think this is good value for money, doesn't take up too much room and provides a really good level of 'day-light'.

Beautiful lamp

The media could not be loaded. A fantastic lamp for health benefits. ****BUT****This item has been placed on my bedside table since purchase. It works fine and is a great item. But, today, I have gone to clean my bedside table and the lamp is completely, solidly, super glued to my bedside table. I would need a chisel to rip it off the table. It seems whatever glue the manufacturer has used has leaked from inside and glued the base completely. It's so odd and will completely ruin my recently bought bedside table. Not to mention the lamp itself will break because it is made from plastic. Amazon issued refund and instructed me to approach seller for a resolution to the damage caused.*Video and picture uploaded for seller to see what's happened fully (as couldn't upload in direct communications with seller)

I don’t use it not for me . My wife does but if it helps not sure.

This bright (happy lamp) seems to work, even the dogs get giddy. It loses a star as it came without instructions and I haven't yet figured out how to keep it on for longer than 30 minutes.

It's a shame I couldn't contact the seller. I don't like leaving negative reviews. I bought the product to help me during the winter months, on receiving the item I found I couldn't use it because of my medical conditions. Nowhere does it say that because of medical conditions you shouldn't use this lamp. It would have saved me time and effort if it had. Surely this item needs some sort of disclaimer on it.

Yes this works!!! I suffer from SAD every winter, and this Light Therapy Lamp works better than the larger, heavier, uglier versions that you buy at the medical supply stores, because it’s light weight and can be moved around with ease. It has multiple brightness settings and timers, so it will shut off automatically.I purchased this for use while at work it’s small enough to fit on my desk without taking up a lot of room.If you suffer from SAD, give it a try, you will Love it!!!

Un médecin nous avait recommandé une lampe de luminothérapie.Nous avons donc acheté celle-ci, le design est élégant, et peut ce poser un peut partout, même comme une lampe de décoration.La minuterie intégré est agréable, cela évite d'avoir un chronomètre et celle-ci s'éteint toute seule, pratique quand on s'endort pendant une séance.Le prix n'est pas du tout exorbitant et je vous recommande cette lampe.

L'article reçu ne fonctionne malheureusement pas. Il a par contre l'air de bonne qualité, peut être simplement pas de chance... Je vais en recommander un nouveau

I assume a filter has been used as the yellow is more like a warm white / white than any type of yellow. I was hoping for even that feel of the sun glow which would have been more achievable if it was a warmer yellow colour

I've had it for years and it works so well for me. I am hoping they bring it back soon! I'm wanting to buy another to keep in my other room :) definitely recommend
