These were not quite what I expected. I thought they were cable ends which could be crimped using normal pliers but instead they are not completely hollow and have sealed ends, I think they might need some sort of crimping tool. If you read the description it is actually correct for this but I wish I'd bought the more expensive aluminium product instead of going for what I thought was a lifetime's supply of cheap ones but then find they are harder to use. Maybe the fault is entirely mine and i am actually unaware of the correct tool needed. I was expecting something like the aluminium cable ends I had when i bought my original Giant bike.As a post script I dug out an old pair or crimping pliers and these are what this product needs to close them. So if you've got crimping pliers they might be really good value but I did not get on with them using normal pliers.

Arrived well packaged, as for quality they're good for the simple use that they have, once crimped they take quite a bit of force to pull off. Recommended

Took a long time to arrive, they do the job at a good price, dont buy if you need them within a week or 6 !

I got a pink bag of bracelet beads, that look like end cups, i hope they work like end caps too.

90p for 100 of this useful item. Local cycle shop wanted 10p EACH! Delivery was slow but no problem.
