I happen to like this the best of the products I have tried as sugar alternatives. It is very difficult for me to afford it but for me this is the only one that doesn't taste overwhelmingly of chemicals.

I always use Xylitol Sweetener in my baking, I substitute half sugar half xyiltol. Husband uses it in his hot drinks too, it doesn't leave an aftertaste like other sweetners. It is the best substitute for sugar I have found.

I moved away from sugar years ago and due to concerns of artificial sweeteners tried Xylitol . This brand is much the same as the others I've tried except its maybe a little finer granules . The last brand I had was more sugar sized . The only problem with these is the price which is 8-9 times more expensive than sugar . The taste with xylitol is pretty much identical to sugar maybe slightly less strong i.e. you need a very slight bit more to get the same sweetness . I've given this to folk in tea when visiting me and no one new it wasn't sugar . Its great but someone please get the price down.
