Cheap and does the job.
Stands and umbrellas are reasonable quality for the money, but the flash bracket is cheap and difficult to adjust. Overall reasonable value for money and suitable for occasional use.

One major flaw
It’s a shame but the kit has one major flaw, the speed light head. It’s where all the work takes place and it’s very very cheaply made. The screws that tighten the bottom, top and umbrella fixing all screw into plastic, even finger tightening I managed to strip the thread on 2 of them before I realised what I’d done. It wouldn’t add much cost to the kit if they added a better quality head. Bought a new head for under £8 and it’s all metal. Stand and umbrellas are okay for a beginner but don’t trust the head with an expensive speed light

Metal Bolt > plastic thread
The metal threaded bolt holding the strobe mount onto the stand stripped the plastic of the mount on first use.
