Easy to use....
Easy to use. No way for a non-expert to know precisely how accurate it is, but I assume it's doing a reasonable job.

It actually works!
It genuinely works! GQ, you are an AMAZING company! It's super lightweight, it's actually accurate, well, until you get to more than 1MIL CPM. Then it kinda gets all wonky and messes up. But, this is actually a good beginner Geiger counter if your brand new! I went to an antique shop and I found a radium watch with 150k CPM! Overall, 5 stars, no regrets. Interface is also great.

Interesante

unreliable device
The media could not be loaded. Worked for a month. Then the display stopped working while the counter itself was ticking.Looks like a software bug.

Absolutely worth it
The media could not be loaded. Not really much more expensive than many Chinese geiger counters this device is clearly the better choice. Better stability and none of the quircks/bugs/errors often found in inexpensive chinese geigers. Only thing to wish for is it was powered on two AA - but that is also a metter of preference. At least the 14500 LiIon cell is easily replaceable and it has option in setting to be powered by lithium tionyl (more correctly non rechargeable so it doesn't charge the tionyl when connected to USB). So it's possible to have a few li-thionyl for an emergency in the even the LiIon is dead - would just be more convinient if it was regular 1,2/1,5 V AA.
