There's a huge lack of evidence as to whether or not Vitamin C supplements work to increase your resistance to colds, which is what I purchased this for.Anecdotally however, since I started using these emergen-C sachets a few years ago, I've had very few colds and sicknesses, so I'd recommend at least trying it out.Lastly, it's pretty tasty as far as these things go.

A great choice to help try and keep yourself healthy during the cold and wet Winter.I usually just buy a couple of these packs a year and try and use them to keep me topped up with vital vitamens when I forget to eat fruit, or there are other people cough and sneezing around me.

I have taken these powders for about roughly six years and they really have boosted my immunity I have had chest problems an have had chest infections every winter an since I have had been taken energise c touch I haven had any .

Gives you over double the daily recommended dose of vitamin c in one dose, so go easy. But alot cheaper here than in supermarkets.
