Does a good job for the price
I picked this up as a daily deal for £42.99 and have used it now for a number of projects, from experience it does occasionally jam (only when I've used nails, hasn't jammed when I've used staples) and doesn't always drive the nail in fully (maybe operator error) but it's a great time saver if you have lots of nails to drive in and it's easier to give the odd nail a tap in than hammer them all individually. The Nailer/Stapler is easy to load and is light enough (3.7kg) to use for long periods of time, I would have liked the power cable to a bit longer as I find myself having to stop and move the extension closer more than I'd like to. It came supplied with a selection of nails and staples (can take Tacwise staples 15-30mm or Tacwise nails 15-35mm) and a good sturdy carry case. It's a good tool for occasional use and great for softwood, I don't think it's robust enough for professional use but you could easily pay 5-10 times more for for a professional nailer, for the price it's great and I look forward to finding jobs for it! Tacwise 0327 191EL 230V NAILER / STAPLERI would appreciate if you marked this review as helpful or not so that I can improve my future reviews

Works well but power lead way too short.
Works well, but doesn't match the info on the box. Box says staples and nails, but only nails included. I can live with this but the main problem is the length of the power lead. Box says extra long lead. What a joke, it is barely 1.5m long, meaning for any job not on a bench requires an extension lead. I will be replacing the lead with one 4 metres long, much more useful.

Excellent customer service.
This is more a review of the company than the product although, I have had this Tacwise nailer/stapler for just over 12 months and have found it to be a very useful addition to my tool box ,both myself and my wife have had occasion to use it for different DIY and Craft jobs ,and have found the range of staple and nails it takes very handy, that is until one day last month it suddenly stopped working and instead of firing staples it just made a sad whining noise, this is where the Companies review comes in .I contacted Tacwise to see if there was a local repair agent where i might be able to get the stapler repaired as it was ,as is usually the case, just out of warranty. The lady I spoke to on their help desk suggested I return the stapler and they would see if it could be repaired , which I did and low and behold less than 10 days later it was returned, fully operational and at NO cost to myself . Now I don't suggest that items out of warranty should be repaired F.O.C , but Tacwise have done just that and as a result I will certainly be using their products in the future .Great customer service , keep it up and Many Thanks .

The screws fall out and the sprung-front plate falls off after a day or two
The gun has a lot of punch, which is what one needs in a staple-gun, and it does a good job with no complaint..... EXCEPT the front nose comes apart after using the gun for a short while (one day in my case) and that is a big flunk. Presumably because of the vibration when using it, the three screws just work their way free and the spring-loaded plate separates from the unit... and the gun stops working. Unless you spot the screws coming out -- they quickly get lost in the carpet/underfelt/debris -- that's the end of the staplegun, as the screws are very unusual and not ones you can find replacements for. It is a shame as the gun is otherwise a good item.If you have one of these guns or are buying one, the tip is to apply some sellotape over the top of those three screws as soon as you take it out of the box. That way, when the screws vibrate themselves out, you at least still have them and can screw them back into place. You just need to keep an eye on this and screw them back in every day or two so as to keep on using the staplegun.

Well Worth Buying
I first mistakenly ordered a TacWise stapler that used very long staples , too long for general upholstery work so had to return. However after checking out the TacWise website I found only one gun that suited my needs and reorder on Amazon.New gun with correct TacWise staples has been excellent and I highly recommend for anyone undertaking reupholstering, repairs etc. The build is sturdy, robust and ergonomically designed as it should be coming. from TacWise, leaders in this field.Decent 3 m power lead with 3 pin plug fitted. An on / off power switch and a safety lock are good features. This gun has a narrow profile that allows close contact to the substrate in confined spaces. Due to the powerful action of the gun some operators may need both hands to use and that power effortlessly embeds these TacWise staple into Beech wood, soft wood etc. Being an orange colour it stands out on a work bench.Highly recommended

Powerful and lightweight
Delivered today, and put straight to work, it's a dream to work with, powerful and can get into awkward places, when upholstering there's quite a few that my other stapler couldn't get to. Soooo much better ..... love it 😀

be careful
Within 2 hours of use the plastic observation window dropped out. The tool repeatedly tries to fire 2 nails, which causes interuptions to unblock. It persistently allows the loaded nails past the spring loaded gaurd & back into the chamber, resulting in having to strip down to recover the trapped nails. As you fire the nails & the tension on the spring therefore lessens, so then repeated misfirings will occur. After a few hours work the rubber protective pad had disintegrated, now awaiting for the spare that was supplied to fail. All in all a very poor piece of kit. It was purchased to fix soft wood 12mm t&g as backing boards to furniture - - - - -useless. Possibly ok if you use it on polystyrene or balsa wood.
