the plant was lovely, but the packaging wasnt enough where it was needed and the base was smashed in many places , was going to send it back but i didnt see the smashed base untill all the packaging was off, and i couldnt be bothered to parcel it up again, and i did have a lovely pot that fitted that i could place it in. but a lot of money for a smashed base .

I love the tree. Sadly the pot was broken on arrival no doubt in transit. But the tree itself is lovely. Just what i wanted

It's a lovely artificial bamboo plant. I would have given it 5 stars but for it arriving with a shattered pot. It's not worth sending back, so I'm going to try superglueing it back together, failing that I've already ordered another pot for it as well.

The product itself is really pretty and a good home decor to add a bit of artificial life. However the box and the whole of the plant pot come totally cracked all the way round almost split in two.

This does not even deserve 1 star. I have purchased around 20 artificial plants over the past couple of weeks, this one is atrocious quality. The bamboo sticks are actually painted green and the paint is chipped all over it, it looks a mess. The leaves are not glued properly and as soon as you touch it it dismembers itself beyond fixing, the leaves are superficially glued to the surface. The tree arrived packed in bubble wrap without any care in folding the leaves and as a result EVERY SINGE LEAF is crimped and bent beyond rescue. The biggest disappointment however is that although purchased directly from Amazon this item does not fall under their fantastic returns policy and as such you have to figure out a way to return it at considerable cost given its size, and Amazon refunds only 4 GBP for the cost of postage. Worst buy ever.

I've had this artificial plant for a while now and I'm finding it tough to recommend this one, which is a real shame.For some reason they painted the bamboo sticks green, and the paint on the bamboo has started to flake off.It didn't arrive in it's own box (apart from the standard Amazon shipping box) and all the leaves arrived bent and out of shape... I thought the leaves would flatten out after a while, but they haven't.The way they have glued the branches on isn't great either, as you can clearly see the dried glue all over.Thankfully, Amazon themselves have been really helpful when I told them about the issues I’ve had with this, so I can’t fault their customer service.
