I bought these as my 7 year old was asking whether humans can eat sunflower seeds while we were topping up the bird feeders. I said we can but not with shells on and we have to buy them from somewhere that sells them prepared for us to eat. Cue desperate pleas “can we get some pleeeasssee!. I happened upon these and glad I did. At first she wasn’t sure but after she saw our pet rat enjoying a couple she decided they must be ok and now helps herself to a handful (I’d much rather she snacked on these then sweets). Also, I’ve been enjoying them too, they have a slight creamy taste and they just taste like good quality. It’s a very decent size bag that will last us and our rat a long time. Nice introduction to healthy snacking for kids.

The flavour of these is more than genuine as I can agree alongside my two hamsters who also eat these as part of their diets.The bag is a fantastic plus too! Seals well and tight no matter how often it’s used and is more than sturdy for holding such a large supply.Serving suggestion? Put a small amount in a blender and coarsly grind and add to your oatmeal or porridge mix. Adds that bit of unique flavour when cooked

Happy with this product, I've found there are often endless shells that get into sunflower seed packaging, but, besides the odd fleck of casing, there's pretty much none in this.Flavour is exactly like you expect sunflower seeds to taste really

Trying to up my protein as a vegan, and these are great! Take about a tablespoon a day. I save more money on these on subscribe and save & I buy alongside the pumpkin seeds and hemp shelled seeds.

I wouldn't know how these taste as they weren't purchased for me. I bought these as treats for my Gerbils and they're perfect for such a purpose. They love them.If you're looking for a large amount of sunflower seeds for a great price to give to pets as treats, it doesn't get much better than this.

I used these seeds as an ingredient in granola bars and they were perfect. Well packaged and arrived as expected.
