Salt Air Soy Candle by Demeter Fragrance Library

It says it is a "puppy's breath" candle.Has an ok smell but does not smell like puppy's breath.So disappointed!!

Neat concept and product but bit disappointed that the canister was damaged.

The smell is amazing. Too bad the candle wick is way too short. When you light it, the candle only burns in then middle. You’ll end up with a big chunk of candle untouched.

It kind of just smells like any basic guys cologne and isn't very strong

It is always hit or miss with items that can be damaged. The paper bag the product was in was left in a puddle. The tiny box the tin was in was far too tight for this product and did not protect it in shipping. I had to struggle to get the candle out of the box. Once I got it out of the box the tin had two large dents. I order candles in tins often for safe burning and have ordered two candles from Amazon and both were received dented. Demeter products are phenomenal and the scent is always perfect. This is my 4th product from this company and I continue to find more reasons to love them.

This is a very interesting candle. I chose the salt-air version and I have to say that it is quite different from any of my other candles. I'm familiar with some of the fragrances from this brand but this is my first time trying one of their candles. I thought the quality of the wax and wick was top-notch, which I expected from Demeter. The candle really does seem to have the scent of the ocean underlying tropical flowers before it is lit. When burning, it took a while for me to able to detect much fragrance. But after a while, the scent did fill the room. It seemed to me that the rather mineral scent making up the salty air component was stronger than the floral fragrance when the candle was burning, so kind of a reversal of my first impressions. I like the candle, and the covered tin is simple yet practical and I think this would make a great gift. I'm happy to support a company based in the USA, but even so, I do think it is a bit pricey for such a small tin containing only 5 ounces.

This candle smells so good. It's my new favorite candle. I will say the smell is strong tho so if you don't like strong smells or you aren't sure about this scent, maybe try it put first before buying. I'm definitely gonna get more.

Overpriced, smells like nothing. The wick isn’t even centered. Total rip off.
