Gerbils love climbing over everything. The house is small but it is for a hamster so I'm not complaining. Still love the product. You get all the chains and the four hook acres in a small bag. You also get some glue to stick the triangles on the base for the ladder. Easy assembly so anyone can do it.

Looks great. Gerbils like it. Adds an extra platform to our tank. Had to remove the rope as it’s bad for gerbils to ingest that sort of fibrous material. Also had to take out a tack after the gerbils gnawed a bit of the doorway to reveal the sharp item. Overall pleased with it, but keeping a watch on hidden tacks.

Bought a few of these because our gerbil is a destructive monster! It's lucky they are very reasonably priced! Fantastic item, made with quality and provides hours and hours of fun!

Bought for gerbils. Set it up and allowed them to investigate. The opening of the ‘house’ on the platform is far too small. My gerbil tried to go in and would have gotten stuck had I not been supervising. (Picture attached with £2 coin for size reference)Not wanting to waste the rest of the product, I assumed the house would simply lift off. This is not the case. It was difficult to pull off and therefore difficult to free any animal that might get stuck inside. This then exposes several sharp nails sticking out of the product, which pose a risk to strong chewers such as gerbils. (Picture attached)The rungs of the ladders are covered in glue and so fragile that I deemed it unsafe for a gerbil to climb or nor on.Completely unfit for purpose. This is one of many products I have bought from Trixie claiming to be ‘safe’ for rodents, but riddled with nails and glue. No amount of sanding or prying out nails could save this product.

Gerbils love this. It has so many interesting parts to it too. Ive put some extra wooden shelves underneath too in case they fall off and a shelf to hold the ladder as its quite high up in our cage so ladder doesn't reach floor. It really safe and doesn't wobble too much too

HOUSE IS SMALL. NOT SUITABLE FOR SYRIANS. MAYBE SUITABLE FOR SMALL DWARFS BUT NOT AS THEIR MAIN NESTING SPOT.

Die Plattform hat eine schöne Größe, auch wenn das Häuschen etwas klein ist. Man kann den Aufbau so variieren, wie man es möchte. Die Verarbeitung ist in Ordnung, es ist schließlich Naturholz!
