There is no length adjustment.The top plastic grip is tooo loose to handle. The mop is sticky and can not be pushed....it can only be dragged and pulled . Absorbs but not clears water traces fully from wet floor.I started using it because it iwas wetted and used once and could not return.I use it now in my bathroom,, only to remove excess stagnant water at corners, else of NO USEWASTE OF MONEY
