if you are buying for the purpose that it keeps your drink warm, don’t bother waste of money. I was very happy with it when I first got it because it is absolutely leak proof looks nice, the outside of it doesn’t get hot at all and it is easy to use and clean. But when I used it for the main reason I got it for which is keeping a hot drink warm for 5 hours as advertised, it is absolutely useless, the first time I put a hot drink in it, after one hour it was actually cold, I thought may be it was my mistake and I didn’t prepare my drink hot enough, so the second time I prepared the drink boiling hot and in one hour it wasn’t that warm at all, drinkable but if I had left it 15 more minutes it would have been as cold as the first time, product did not meet my expectations and now is useless to me, I would only use it like any other ceramic or even plastic travel mug.

The opening button doesn't work .Drinks do not stay hot for very long

Great in a bad way, as in I didn't realize that it would take a lot longer than 40 minutes sealed up for the coffee contained inside to not burn my tongue when I take a sample taste. One burnt tongue later, it's a very effective vacuum flask! Be warned, the air intake opposite the sipping hole will, if you've poured a boiling hot drink inside and sealed it up for a while, spray out steam/water droplets like a whale's blowhole when you start to press the button to open the sipping hole. I don't mind this, but some might.

Pleased with it. Only tested with hot for now, keeps temperature quite well (after 3 hours tea was still warm to the point I could not drink it). Outside is never hot, not even very warm, you can easily keep the mug in your hand. The only 'but' is the button on the lid that you need to keep pressing when drinking. Bit uncomfortable as it requires some strength

I've tried loads of flask mugs, and all have failed in some way, either by spilling the contents, or not living up to the manufacturing hype.I've now found a company that supplies a flask mug, THAT DOES EXACTLY WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO DO.It keeps my tea hot for over 2 hrs, and the best thing is ITS SPILLPROOF, I've dropped my mine in my vehicle while it was full, with the top firmly in place, it's SPILLPROOF. This is the ULTIMATE in travel mugs.

This is a great, stylish mug which works very very well. The button is very slightly stiff to use, but easy to get used to, and I suspect that's why it doesn't leak. The drinking action is pretty smooth compared to others I've tried, but also takes a little getting used to. Really good capacity, keeps hot nicely, and easy to clean. Got my wife one, and then myself having tried hers :)

The best travel cup I've ever had. It keeps coffee warm for ages. It doesn't impair a plastic flavour. Don't use in the dishwasher though as it takes to coloured coating off and eventually weakens the glue that holds the lid together. It also makes a hissing noise as pressure builds up. I would buy another without hesitation

Doesn't keep the contents warm more than about an hour. Lid is good to drink out of though and you can put it in the dishwasher
