Very impressively packaged in a firm 16cm x 12cm manufacturers box. The box has the colour coded description of each band and the strength that band represents. On opening the box I noticed a card enclosed that gives you details that you can log onto the website and register your product for a lifetime guarantee as well as customer assistance email information details if you have questions about the bands. Each band is individually wrapped and clearly marked on the band is the strength such as light to XXX-heavy.Perfect to use with yoga, pilates and aerobics excercises to name a few. These loop bands are Made of durable and eco-friendly latex.Easy to use these as they are flexible and you can do many different exercise workouts using them as a resistence tool and also for stretching.You can work at your own pace by using the correct colour for the strength/resistance of the band. They come in 6 colours, green, red, blue, yellow, purple & black. Received the product and the bands are great however it mentioned in the product description that you were able to get excercise and meal ebooks. Inside the box was a card with instructions how to access them through koyto sports. Created an account and now it says my account is disabled or blocked. I have tried to contact them twice but the emails will not send. Bit of a disappointment to an otherwise great product.

I probably didn't buy the bands for thier typical use as I bought them to Help me strengthen my shoulders as I'm both a cyclist and an archer. They are great for both but particularly my archery as I can practice, improve and maintain my draw strength when I can't go to the field as often as I want to.If you need to you can use more than one band at a time to fine tune the power required to pull the bands.The service provided by Kyoto was really good with a quick delivery and a communicative service.

I've used these now for a few months to strengthen my arm after a break last year. The loops are graded so I can easily move on to the next level. It's also motivating to see how much progress I've made. I've moved from yellow to green to blue to red since December 2017 They are very easy to store and pleasing to look at. The main issue is having the perseverance to use them, but they certainly fit the bill for me.

Does the job, no immediate complaints.Material seems to have a stretch limit, however, does not break when held at that limit with some force.Overall very happy with the product.The exercises that come are free to download off the website is very limited.

I received a box with 4 bands, each of different strengths. I got a pdf guide with different exercises. Is a good product for beginner and the reson for 3 stars is that the band that should be the strongest, stretchs quite easily. I wouldn't recommend the product for medium and advanced gym people, but definitely for begginers.

I've bought a similar product to these before and the thickest of those lasted through no more than thirty minutes of gently stretching so I'm pleased that these have lasted longer (over a month anyway) with no problems.

Good quality bands but the black is not as heavy duty as I would have wanted it to be. Need to combine it with another band to make it more restrictive.
