We got this little fireplace stove for the ambience factor. We don't have a fireplace, and that hygge feeling was just missing. we went to those fancy stores and I just couldn't bring myself to pay thousands for one with a water line and dedicated circuit. Those are cool, but out of our priority budget. Looks and price were more important than heat output. I would say that the heat output is good. I don't love the heating fan sound, but it sounds exactly like a space heater. What I wish it had was a crackling sound to it. That would step it up a ton. I put my bluetooth speaker near it and put a log crackling sound on the bluetooth speaker and it is so much more enjoyable. (That is my #1 recommendation for whatever electric fireplace you choose.)I like the several color options for the bed and the flame. I wish there was a more relistic yellow flame. The yellow has green and other non realistic colors in it. I don't need as many flame speeds, as anything below #3, is just not realistic. I do like the little plastic nugget rocks. It gives a nice look. The dimmer is nice to get just the right amount of light in the firebox.To me, the timer is unnecessary for my needs. I can turn it on and off easily with the remote. The remote is pretty cheesy, so we shall see how long it lasts. The buttons on the inside can be out of reach for kids, with the screw key, which is nice for young families. We don't need that, but it's nice to have.While I can see on 3 sides, the sides are less realistic than the front, so you may prefer the lattice on the sides, which gives a hint of fire, but you can't then see how unrealistic the flames are.Everything was packaged and shipped well. No chips, dents, or scrapes to the unit, which would have been an automatic return for me.For the price this is great. I would not go any smaller. And, if they have any sound in the future, that would be a stellar upgrade.EDIT: During this Polar Vortex that is bone-chilling cold, we have resorted to using the heat, and I am thrilled with the performance. Our own home heat was struggling to keep us in the mid 60s. This was able to keep things cozy. It does add to the electric bill, but is worth it when severe cold weather hits!

LOVE Love LOVE this heater fireplace! The quality is amazing! It is sturdy, metal and the flames are realistic. The lighted flame affects are adjustable to various settings and it adds so much to my living area. The heat settings are perfect for my space and climate which gets very cold. You can use with or without the heat as well. Very happy with this purchase and only wish I had another one for my bedroom! The assembly took 10 minutes from box to sitting cozy by the fire 🔥. I researched many different brands and styles so very happy I got this one.

Definitely a neat little fireplace for the price. Really sets the mood in the colder months and at Christmas time. I like that it has speed variations for the flames, as well as color variations.The remote doesn’t work very well unless the doors are open because of where the sensor is placed. The unit itself is metal and looks good. The only assembly required was screwing the feet on. Runs pretty quiet as well.The heating element is toward the top of the unit and blows upwards - which means that in order to feel any heat, you need to be standing essentially right in front of it. This unit is not for heating up a space unless it is a small, closed room. A small ceramic space heater will put out much more heat than this unit will.

The media could not be loaded. This heater is beautiful and the flames look very realistic. I like how I can run it with or without the heater on. The heater also blows out a good amount of heat for a small room and noise it’s actually quieter than other space heaters I’ve had.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this heater for the living and dining room areas of my house. We live in an older home, and recently, our central heat went out unexpectedly. In a house that has no insulation, it gets colder inside than out.I decided to go ahead and purchase this heater hoping it would make any sort of dent in the cold inside temps we would have this winter. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfy this little heater makes the front of our home.Not to mention it’s super cute and aesthetically pleasing. The set up was quick and easy. The colors of the flame and flame bed can be changed to suit your liking. We tend to keep it on a more realistic-looking flame setting. But, the options are neat. There is also a flame only setting, so we won't have to put the heater away in the warmer months. We can use it to set a mood with just the flame.This would only be made better if it had Wi-Fi capability and the ability to have it auto-on and off or set a schedule.We love it. A great purchase.

Very unhappy. Ordered a green heater - received a blue one. The remote control for the unit was inoperable - turns out battery was dead (I did confirm with a battery tester) - and it worked after I purchased a new battery. Sent two emails to customer service - no replies. Apparently, they don't care.
