Absolutely Perfect!
This pet carrier is exactly what I was looking for! It keeps our little pet secure and safe while I am driving, while also allowing her to look at everything through the side mesh panels. It's sturdy, safe, comfortable and her little donut pet bed (not included) fits into the carrier for extra comfort. Carrier assembly is extremely quick ( take from package, insert side tubing, adjust straps to suit your pet) Installation into car couldn't be easier, remember to attach the pet safety restraint to your pets harness/collar. Folds flat for easy storage. Delivery was super fast. Ordered Friday evening, it was delivered Monday morning! ☺️ Highly recommend this product and professionalism of this company. Thank you ☺️

A great idea
My dog prefers this to her carry case as she can now see what is going on and see me a lot clearer when I am driving as she is on the front seat. The plastic inserts supports are not much use as the sides still collapse a bit if the dog rests on the sides they are not sturdy enough. I have sewn the plastic inserts into the sides as they keep popping out of place, sewing it in has now stopped that.My dog has used this twice now and even feels comfortable enough to go to sleep in it.It is a great concept but does need to be a lot more solid and sturdy

Helps to contain a nervous traveler and keeping the mess down.
I bought this for our old cat. He will need to go to the vets soon and we know from past experience that putting him in the pet carrier stresses him out badly, and ourselves, but he is a bit happier just being held on a lap. However, this isn't a secure way of transporting him so this seems a perfect solution. We have him trained so he will wear a cat harness and as you can see there is a strap with a clip on it so we can use that to attach to his cat harness this will ensure that if God forbid we have an accident he won't go flying forwards and hurt himself even more. Obviously, if you're using this to transport a nervous pet like us then it allows you to keep them contained in a small area but be able to sit next to them to pet and reassure them.We now have this carrier in the living room in front of the fire to allow our older one to get used to it and gradually try it out for himself. The cat you can see in the pictures is our younger cat which is a large Bengal and he is about the size of a small but not tiny dog. I would say he's the equivalent size to a Jack Russel and he has plenty of space to move around and settle down.We haven't' fitted it in the car yet but my Husband has looked at it and said there are no issues. My friend is a dog walker and she's more excited about this that I was. She has her own elderly dog which is small and not very nimble and when taking all the dog's she is looking after that day out to their favourite park often the small dog has to be carried on a lap which isn't idea especially when after "walkies" all the dogs are usually very muddy, she will be able to pop him into his own little secure section and not have to have him on her lap or any passengers lap.It folds down really easily and flat for easy storage my only moan is that it's a shame there isn't a bit more rigidity in the frame itself. This can be a pro or con depending on how you need to use this, My friend said since she would keep it in her car on an almost permanent basis she would reinforce the corners I, on the other hand, would only use this occasionally so as much as I could strengthen it I probably won't.The other thing my friend reminded me is that dogs, and cats, often find comfort in enclosed spaces.

Not sturdy enough!
I have a small puppy and they have already distorted the front of this! the sides have two plastic bars in which make the sides sturdy but when our puppy climbs out he now knows the front is a weak point so can climb out - even with the harness fastened. So if you have a dirty puppy, they'll stay fastened in but they can push all the front down and put their muddy paws all over the car.

Can’t be without this
My puppy toy poodle was put in it as soon as I collected him and he loved it from the word go.Essential to keep him comfy and safe. I put in a square thick cushion in it to give him more comfort and he snuggles up and goes to sleep as soon as I start the car

Design flawed
The delivery was quick which is brilliant but the design of this product is completely flawed. I ended up with my dog in my lap which is completely unsafe if i were to be driving. I fitted the product as seen in the picture although the sides were just collapsed and not sturdy at all. I looked for somewhere to attach the seatbelt to it so it wouldn't move (some around the front but this just squishes the entire structure, needs some at the back). After discovering the two straps was all that would hold it in place i put my 7 month old pug inside and cliped her in with her harness on. Within seconds the whole seat was tangling her up and she ended up in the drivers seat with me and the seat definately not in the place i fitted it in. I thought there must be something i had done wrong but it appears as though as long as your dog is well behaved and doesn't move its a good product. If your dogs anything like mine who will try get out then this is completely impractical and unsafe.

Safety conscience
Purchased this for my 7mth old Shihtzu. She was very nervous of the large expanse of the back seat so decide to get something to make her feel safer. I didn't want a cage so was delighted to find this pet safety seat at a very reasonable price. It was delivered the next day (Prime) and was well packaged even if in a over-large box. The item was ready for immediate use and had its first trial the next day. Easy to install, ( straps over rear and front headrest ) with generous size adjustable straps. My only gripe, if I have to have one, is that there is no padding in the base but easily sorted by using her fleece folded up. The internal strap fits securely to her halter and she loves it. There is plenty of room for her to sit, stand, or lie down. So now we have one happy puppy nicely strapped in and one happy owner knowing she is safe and secure for any journey we want to undertake.
